Gorgeous video 😊 I didn't find"Tides" app for android. We only have "Tide chart" app, it's free but has advertisers in app to buy. I am looking for a free advertisers app for tides, if anyone knows, please share.
Ok we are literally down the street from this launch, putting it on the list... ❤the Clark's shoutout - 19 years ago we had our wedding rehearsal dinner there, so many great memories!
Thank you for the breakdown and pro tips. It can be overwhelming deciding where to start spring hopping with a family including children. After watching your video, we are looking forward to visiting Rainbow River first. So thankful I found your video!
I love your video! I went to FIU and I traveled a bit all over Florida. I moved back to Texas after college, but I absolutely miss Florida. Now I have these springs to look forward to exploring. Great video!!🎉
Someone told that preteen girl and her family "the gators don't want anything to do with you". And she was attacked and killed goin down that run. Along with others that have been attacked there
Thank you so much! I had a seamless trip thanks to your video. It’s only $4 if you go solo. It was a beautiful paddle. I took my kayak cart and it was easy in and out from the parking lot. You made the video I had been looking for.
So We Did the trip We Made It Soooo close to the spring head and realized we were running out of time for daughter a phone Repair appointment,.we Didn’t get To See The Manatees, 😢 but it was Amazing!! And the way to Definitely do the trip…Thank you guys for sharing the tips. Be blessed!!
I used to keep a sailboat across lake George at Pine Island marina. Just about every Friday i would sail the 7 or 8 miles and spend Friday night on the boat. Good times.
Awesome video! Thanks for sharing! By the way, in some of your videos I noticed some drone footage. You guys filmed it? Could you share some places where drone is allowed? I’ve visited 4 springs already but only at Kelly Park/Rock Spring it was allowed (and only in the picnic area)
Hi thank you so much. More and more the parks are banning drones. So sometimes I’ll use our footage from a few years ago. Sometimes we’ll be off park property but high enough to see what we want to show. We have to get a little creative. 😅
Yea unfortunately LR not free anymore, I grew up with little river way before the county. Had to take it Over!!! As a Kid I’m 44 now!!! 😂… …. Were in between all these springs in Suwannee. County , Obrien area….. royal is still a hotspot! Go early!! We grew up with all these springs before the county had to take them over because of people destroying and abusing!!! But in a way it’s. Good thing cause now their pristine and Clean family oriented!! Unlike Ginny spngs! (Daddy Daughter)
Awesome guys we’re gonna do this route this weekend, didn’t realize we could Just Park and walk back in to dampiers landing, and drop in and I’ve lived near Ichetucknee all my life lol so me and Daughter are going to go Saturday and vlog we recently went but we used the tram stuff and we do that every time we go but now we have our own kayaks and have not taken them yet because we recently got them so after watching your video I didn’t realize we could just pay the five dollars and take them down to Dampier and put in so thank you guys for sharing lol❤ enjoying y’all’s adventures (Daddy-Daughter)
Great video!!! I love the Itchetucknee and have many great memories of taking my kids there. I have been there when the water was this high, it is a very cool experience, especially with the manatees.
Mon-Fri you do not need to reserve a parking spot at Silver Glen (unless it’s a holiday). I recommend going mid-week. Get there by 8am if you can. There is a regular entrance fee. Mid-week the crowds are not too bad early. It definitely picks up through the day. You will love Silver Glen! Have fun!
It’s a day-use spring only. There are other springs in the Ocala National Forest you can camp. Salt and Alexander are two good spots! Make sure you check our videos on those 💙 Have fun!
I noticed you went to Salt Springs and then Alexander, but you passed right by a great snorkeling spring, and that's Silver Glen. The main spring pumps out water at an angle, so you don't have to fight the current to get to the bottom. There's also a TON of fish swimming in the current, the biggest being the striped bass that swim up the short run from nearby Lake George.
Hi! You’ll love it. Rainbow River and KP Hole are the two big spots in Dunnellon. I like to eat at Swampys after a day on the water. Ocala is nearby. I highly recommend Santos mountain bike trails, silver river (check out our video) and Canyon zip lines. Have fun!
