I used to train with Napoleon @ the Gym..good body shape and very fit ...compare to his opponent body language is below par..we nid fit boxers who can uplift the game
Lord willing in a few years when my kids are grown and out of high school I'll be able to coach a sport I love which is boxing. We have much talent here in American Samoa but no quality coaching to help build the kids talent. I'm looking to Target the Fijian community as well being that they are born naturally with muscular physique. Fijian kids here gonna represent the islands of the Pacific one day in the Olympics. By the masses :P
Brother start with your kids when they in high school, develop and build them up slowly help your self and your imidiate family. Lay the foundations and pave the path strong the interested people will come along a lot of boxers in Fiji are sons of trainers or former boxers. I read in the papers the trying to introduce boxing in school so hopefully that comes along

Mr kwadjo why can't fiji boxers apart from only a handful like yourself and your team be in fit physical condition like boxers from all around the world? If Fiji has world class rugby players why not boxers??.. Fiji boxing was better in the old days hopefully you and your team will put fiji 🇫🇯 boxing back on track vinaka!!
@@semesanairoqo9087 it's embarrassing to say the least... better put rugby players in there... there conditioning is way better... Bro many was still fighting at 45yrs but its not even about age it's about pride and self respect..
Our boxing standard is very poor..if we train and maintain a proper diet I'm sure we can create the next biggest name in boxing from Fiji..Winston hill is a very good example..let's go fiji !
