Thank you for wearing gloves. I see so many videos of people just barehanding all plumbing stuff. They have no idea what products or medicine those people are using and could be transdermal or acidic and mess you up. Also that open tail piece is sweet.
everytime i try cutting close to the edge of the copper line my cutters start going off the line i meant to cut. Is there a trick to it? I use the general auto cutters that are common
Gosh that faucet would almost be a deal breaker on that entire house for me. Changing that out would be the first thing I did. Legit barely unpacked that thing would be in the trash.
Customer sounded like a dick for saying it wasn’t leaking till he touched it yea no shyt if your plumbing is that sensitive then you already have problems n thank you for the payment this is our last interaction we fire our customers around here not dealing with that bs
Honestly, this is great… but not super accurate to how many sinks are set up these days. Every house I’ve lived in for the last 15 years (which is over a dozen) has had the trap and other plastic pipes glued together. I think it’s incredibly stupid to do that because it does make it very very difficult to clean out the sink or possibly save jewelry and whatnot from your sink if it happens to slide down the drain. I’m not sure why they keep doing it, but I was told by someone that it might have to do with changes in rules about new construction and what is easiest. It certainly helps the plumbers who have equipment that can handle that sort of situation, but not the average person who should be able to deal with a lot of things themselves when they are not too extreme.
Yes tankless water heaters need to be serviced once a year or you will destroy your heat exchanger flow advance flow controls burners igniters flame rods yea fk that give me a tank with a super store if needed
for the condensate drain, do you have to worry about it freezing in your area? I was wondering if you are comfortable leaving that exposed during the winter months
I'm 67 and I've been at it for 38 years a heat shield cost $11 at home Depot or a big piece at a plumbing supplies about $20 wrap it around that PVC and do your best work
I mean it is kind of funny I've never seen a push to connect fitting fail, but I've seen countless soldered fittings fail. No wonder plumbers don't like shark bites 😂
