Hey Rob, I get what you’re saying. I do however use encap with my crb quite often on rentals for Prop Mngt companies. They don’t want to pay more for deep clean but I can get in there with my 20” crb and scrub the floor really well lift the pile where it’s been crushed and give it a good clean. As you know the crb really does get down deep and using a catch you get all that debris and loose soil that the vac alone doesn’t get. Like I said that’s only on rentals where they are putting cheap polyester down. What’s your thoughts on that.
Thank you for the Knowledge. You just explained the pricing structure, and all the while educating, and setting expectations. I like the 3 teared process. I have been doing all 3 steps we do a pet treatment.
Hey big Rob, I wouldn't mind trying pure o2 cherry, see if its any better than the O2 I get from local supplier. Free shipping on that? I'll love you forever
We have free shipping on 300 or more chem orders. I promise you won’t be let down as the cherry Pure02 will brighten and clean all organic while the cherry will help cut oils. It’s a little powerhouse!
Hi, I own a carpet cleaning business in CA. We also clean tile and grout too If I use my HRB machine instead of the rotary black you guys have, is that ok or have to that black one in specific? Another question 800psi with extraction tool, is not too much water and power? Won’t damage the floor? I am scared to use too much water and damage the floor.
Used to work at an 80 year old apartment complex as a maintenance supervisor. All 100 original units have hardwood floors that we were going through and refinishing. We contracted out all of the refinishing and maintenance coats however I still got to see the process done. If you need to screen a floor, first off use as fine of a screen as possible on your 14" buffer. And that being said keep it moving and DO NOT let it sit in one place. You will burn through the finish in a heartbeat if you are not careful. Get a good vacuum with HEPA filter and bag and a soft brush attachment to thoroughly clean the floor after scrubbing or screening. Also professional hardwood installers all utilize lambswool t bar applicators for applying finish. It is worth it to invest in the best and learn with the right tools. I now work at a local carpet cleaning and restoration company but when I was at the apartments I was looking into buying the necessary equipment to do all maintenance myself on the floors.
The two machines in question both possess distinct advantages, with one exhibiting a more aggressive approach. However, this aggressive nature may result in increased fatigue and discomfort for the user. My personal experience with Trinity machines has been multifaceted. Conversely, while Sprayborg is an exceptional machine, I would unequivocally recommend the Orbot Vibe 10x as the better choice. It is worth noting that while a Trinity machine may enable faster completion of tasks, prolonged use can lead to fatigue-related challenges for long-term operators. I owned a Sprayborg and sold it! Now I have Karcher Radiant/Orbot Vibe!
we all know what franchise hes talking about.. i was just talking about this yesterday when i seen one of there ads. there leaving tons of residue. or dry compound its a joke
Religion... politics... let's add carpet cleaning systems.... same old song and dance for the last 30 years... and people still act like they got that nugget that's gonna sway everyone to their side 😂😂😂
Black label can be used as vlm? I thought that was a prespray and would cause resoiling? Side note, I prefer the blue label for the scent. Do they have the same cleaning ability?
If you read all the uses it can be used as encap. It’s not typical cleaner as it dries to crystals so no residue. I love how many of Robs products are multi use

I love doing a normal steam clean, and running the brush pro after to fluff up the carpet. Sometimes it's nice running before and after the steam cleaning as well
