Usually is the spore of tetanus that enters the wound and then turn to tetanus bacteria once inside the tissue. This spores are highly resistant to alcohol and many hazardous conditions So cleaning the wound with alcohol does not guarantee your safty against tetanus. Yes you can impregnate your wife but she needs to do test to know her Hepatitis B status. If she is negative she can get vaccinated so that she will not have it. If she is positive she will what we call Prevention of mother to child transmission
im facing alot of symptoms 😢 After exposure I have done 5 tests even I have taken many medicines but my symptoms are not going away After an exposure I did hiv1&2 antibody laboratory 45,60,72,92 days result were 0.09,0.09,0.07,0,07 and on 94 days I did hiv1&2 antibody+antigen p24 combo laboratory test result value was 0.008 and On 97 days i did hiv1&2 antibody +antigen p24 ECLIA method result were 0.307 I have always Normal fever rapid heart beat,my feet are burning from down but I have alot of pain in my body,i have mouth line ulcer,even my tongue burning and ulcer ,burning liver,nausa I feel like vomiting,my feet are burning down, i always burping always,gastric problem,testicular pain,and my penis skin is very tight now ,small rash on penis,some time I feel cold I have taken expensive medicines but not effective even I have done herpes simplex virus and syphilis test both are neagtive please suggestion me what I do? Which test I do?
