All cure attempts are in clinical trials. Some have a very significant level of possible success. But until the clinical trials are completed we have to wait for the outcome. In the meantime take good care of yourself and use your drugs if you are on drugs. So that you will be in good health until the cure is available

Pls humble request don't compare hiv and hbv . Hbv in adults clear own ? Pls don't compare hbv vaccine protection

Yes some adults are able to clear Hepatitis B but some will not clear it and it will become chronic. The hepatitis B vaccine is only useful for those that don't have Hepatitis B
