You are absolutely right. One way to overcome loneliness is to get off Facebook and embrace the real world. Personally, I’ve never felt lonely in nature. Finding ways to bless and serve others is really helpful for loneliness too.

Sounds like a great list Lee. I read Atomic Habits last year and have been reviewing some of my highlights as we start 2022. Might need to check out Jocko's book and Undistricatable. So far the only self-help book on my list so far is The Bullet Journal Method by Ryder Caroll I am super late tot he Bullet Journal party - Started keeping one last year and it worked well for me. (most of my reading is Christian based and I am reading more Historical Non-fiction this year. Yes I am a history nerd)
