That place is lousy with black mold. Please don’t tell me you just changed a few ceiling tiles, covered the walls with some paneling, and then sold it to some family…. I reckon it is easy to make money when you have no morals.
Hey brother,.... Thank you so much for the positive energy and encouragement. I'm just getting started on acquiring mobile homes for investment properties. I'm a pretty seasoned handyman, so the Reno it's pretty straightforward. Again I just want to thank you for your energy, and for encouraging all of us to get out and do greater things. Blessings from Central Florida, Darryl
Im not sure why this video came up on my feed, but im SO GRATEFUL IT DID!!! So much information giving in one video. Great job young man💪🏿💪🏿. Im definitely subscribing and making arrangements for the next flipcon
I would love to do this with my students, give them a trade or just a skill and ideas of what can be done. Why don't schools do more of this kind of stuff.
Once you understand the chief renovation requirements of mobile homes and how much effort and cost is required to really bring a home to life then you’ll get the hang of it. The trick is to bet honest with yourself, know your limitations, and try to keep cost low to mid tier. Example: new flooring and trim is an easy and cost effective improvement vs installing new cabinets and vanities (although women will often say no to a home without nice kitchens and bathrooms 😉). I don’t mean to write a book here but dive in, don’t buy a dump if you’re new to the hustle, familiarize yourself with pricing and labor in your area if you plan on hiring someone. Hope that helps!
Totally awesome and inspiring. Thank you! We can do it!! 🙌 And refreshing to see you are not greedy. You could have gotten way more in this market for such an amazing job.
What brand of epoxy is that? I have a tub that has the textured bottom and there's just so many choices (and I sure don't want to waste money). Thanks for the video.
Nice job! Started with a scuzzy piece of junk and fixed what needed fixing. Turned it back into a livable house someone can turn into their own home. Well done!
Awesome. I’m currently in the process of completely renovating mine. Biggest difference I’m doing is mudding all the wall seams and texturing all the walls 😊
I like the idea of adding supports near the walls. Got the job done, but one suggestion would be to leave a 1/8 or 1/16 expansion gap since plywood expands and contracts. - Google
Great video. You got me sold on using that flooring on mine. Im on my first flip. And like how you being practical and cost effective. Dont nobody need marble countertops and crown molding in a Mobile home. 😂
Is it possible to flip mobile homes with bad credit? Like what if you can afford the mobile homes but not sure if you'll be accepted by the park due to bad credit? Will it be harder or can they run credit for your business ein instead?
