Thank you for the video. How do you pull out individual addresses from the parks that it pulls?

(A) Might be a good idea for you to visit your local zoning office. They should have a diagram of each park and how it's laid out. From there it's just a matter of street names and lot numbers (B) Ride on through the parks and do a little recon. Mobile home investing is very hands-on and requires trust to be built a lot of the time

Why don’t you deal with 70s models? What’s the latest model do you deal with?

Simple. In my area, 70's models aren't worth the trouble. In a place like Florida or the East and West coasts, they'd be a great deal but in the deep South they're basically a waste of time
