its all fun in games till you’re swarmed and then the mod wont let you use multiple stimpacks so then youre running away while injecting a tiny ahh syringe into ur arm in the middle of battle

You know what makes the atmosphere of fallout games scarier turn off the background music leave the radio alone it makes 3 New Vegas and 4 way creepier almost horror game level of creepiness
i played fnv twice wihout radio. it was most depressing when I finished most of the quests and there was nothing to do. Now playing with radio it's completely different vibe indeed
The 3d lighting of F3 and NV hasn´t really stood the test of time as well as the original 2D graphics ;> They could do some work on that, maybe add more colour and contrast, now everything looks very bland

Just want to add albeit an insane alternative, new Vegas reloaded has a neat flashlight as well as improving graphics. Unfortunately it’s only in its discord, but that’s not hard to find
STALKER is not post apocalyptic because there never ever happened any apocalypse like event in the universe just the Zone apeard after the second disaster and that did not changed the world in a bad way at all. Good video tho, keep up the good work!
Fallout is originally also not post-apocalyptic. Its post post-apocalyptic (civlization rebuilding after the apocalypse). Until Bethesda bought the IP and changed that.
Here's some alternatives to the mods for a more stable and "Modern" experience: -Another Millenia; Better weapons with their own animations, balanced and seamlessly integrated into leveled lists -AWSOMER; AWSOME but fixed up and with overhauled sounds where needed. -Radiant Infinium; Is much more varied than Bounty Boards and TTW-Compatible -AWOLP; Fixed up and clean version of AWOP, removing low-quality content, unvoiced NPCs (Voices them when possible.) Rebalances & adds the content in a less-resource impacting and much more stable manner.
if you want a flashlight mod, don't use flashlights nvse, use new vegas reloaded. the mod has a built in flashlight shader that mimics the same functionality, with much less problems than that old broken mod.

Did you use an ai for your voice or something? It's really rare, but sometimes you'll say things just slightly wrong, like a spelling error was in the script. For example "But as you can see, these armour look pretty flat" instead of "these armour's look pretty flat". I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, I'm enjoying your videos. I JUST NEED TO KNOW
Yes I do, there's a reason for that. I have mentioned it many times in community posts and other videos. In short, I live in a very noisy place and it gets really frustrating to record even the smallest things. Multiple times I got really depressed after trying to record due to noises coming from every single direction. So I just won't use my own voice until I can have a peaceful place to record my videos.
honestly the ranger hud that looks like the old fallout games is alot closer to the stalker games hud. Is anyone here from the fallout 3 era? There were so many great weapon mods munkeenuts armory, 20th century weapons, apocalypse armory and arsenal, it even had a chang fe smg in it, all those mods are rmoved from modding sites, so they are hard to find. Also for the love of god dude install ironsight recoil knvse so you dont have the default ironsight recoil animations. Never used realistic weapon damage, most of those mods dont work that well due to the leveling system giving everyone more hp, this is what bethesda has to ditch along with legendary enemies, i do use however the 00 commando remastered that patches every shotgun including modded ones to do more damage because shotguns in new vegas are hella weak. also immersive recoil might be a good idea so weapons have recoil and its customizable if its too much and use the immersive recoil npcs, this will make npcs shoot in short bursts instead of unloading on you and mag dumping because new vegas has no recoil. I tried the bounty boards mod and in the very first mission in goodsprings it has a broken holotape script so you cant finish the quest, the bug is the first post in the forum and the guy who made it has not updated the mod since, trash, use radiant quests instead. Finally why is that abomination of a mod a world of pain here? What it does is add tons of dungeons, as if fallout needs more dungeons, the worst part of fallout 3 was how much of its content was subway stations and sewers, got repettive pretty fast, new vegas is perfect by having limited dungeons and a empty map, if anything its more like stalker ,since stalker doesnt have hundreds of dungeons and endless bulletspongy high level monster mobs like this mod. Seriously awop RUINS any form of balance by having too powerful enemies in starting areas and makes pretty much any dungeon it adds to be too hard for low level players, so you must skip them and avoid them until you are higher level and of course it has like 3-4 different variants of enemies in the same dungeon that are multiple levels apart from each other. For example you got a dungeon with ants, you got yourself your typical small ants, then you got big ants that are tougher and a bit bullet spongy, than you got huge ants that are massive bulletsponges and then you got a queen that is one hit kill for you but the queen takes 10 clips to die an weaker weapons dont even make it through the armor class....oh and then you got the rumble zone with the legendary enemies that are just insanely tough. I actually liked that stalker isnt a numbers game with tons of levels and rpg mechanics and its all about having better weapons and armor and fighting bigger enemies, lots of action rpgs can benefit by copying stalker instead of borderlands. So in conclusion the interiors project is a much better mod than a world of pain.

@@Unlexian There's this extremely old mod that claims to only bring the survival Elements while also making them more "Vanilla Friendly" (I.E. not dying of hunger in 2 seconds.) I can't recall what it's called but i've played with it before, mainly with FO3 (Since those kinds of old mods also work with FO3)
A lot of these mods have better alternatives. Use Another Millenia for the guns instead and use A World of Less Pain since it is a more recent and cleaned up version.
Another millennia is definitely an improvement of new millennia but it also have some fancy guns like the jackpot and more. That's why I used new millennia in this video.
yeah the bounty mod is broken, the first quest is broken and it was never fix, the radiant quests mod is better and you should never use a world of pain that mod sucks due to insanely high level modified gigantic bullet spongy enemy variants of the default enemies in every dungeon , the interiors project is much better.
