one of many excellent manners of sheikh is addressing men and women equally by saying every time "his/her, him/her, my brother/my sister"! Beautiful picture of Islam, this is what exactly Islam teaches us about women!

No matter how strong and independent you are, there will be a point when you will feel complete only with the presence of a spouse. Man is emotionally, psychologically & physically weak. In conformity to the norms of the Prophet S.A.W (Hadith about 3 men) Marriage closes the tricks of Satan and helps focus on other matters of life. Whoever marries has completed half of his faith. -marriage is the way of Prophets -marriage in Islam is seen as garment -You are tranquil to them and they are tranquil to you. -marriage is a miracle in every sense of the word -most wholesome form of pleasure -
Could it be also that we don’t enjoin the good and forbid evil. Or only do so if we feel it’s pragmatic to us and won’t cause harm? The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “By the one in whose hand is my soul, you must enjoin good and forbid evil, or else Allah will soon send punishment upon you
