You're doing a fantastic job! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). How can I transfer them to Binance?
Hi Alex. Your vides are awesome. Appreciate it! If you have the time, I'm curious: I might be moving to a larger city early next year with more expensive listings where photos, floorplans, drone AND video is the norm. One realtor I know well (potential client) uses a REP company that sends in 2-3 people to get a 4000 sq ft home done in 60-90 minutes. The realtor balked at the idea of asking a homeowner to leave for 3 hours because a solo photographer (ie. me!) could do it all. As you shoot larger, more luxurious homes can I ask do you typically shoot these solo, or have 2 member teams (ie. one for photo, one for vide) because of the realtor wanting to keep the shoot at 60-90 minutes? I'm wondering how long it takes you :)
I really appreciate your efforts! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (air carpet target dish off jeans toilet sweet piano spoil fruit essay). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
It's 2024, and I'm from the Philippines. After working in HDR and day-to-dusk real estate photo editing, I'm now starting to dive into real estate video editing. Gathering raw footage to build my portfolio has been a challenge, so I want to thank you so much for the tutorial and resources you've provided.
I just disovered your tutorial. Thanks for connecting and explaining the 3 types of ramps. It's actually the first time I've come accross a video that covered more than one example of a speed ramp. I'll definitely check out your other content. Thanks again.
Hey Alex, thanks so much for your videos! Here, down in Italy, Real Estate photography is still not appreciate by realtors and it a struggling to sell my services. But then they see how faster they sell houses ... By the way I see that Zillow is for US users only, too bad... I'd really want to add the virtual tour services to my clients. Thanks for the advices, ciao!
I loved this video!! But, it would be nice if at the end you show us the before and after of the editing, and not just the after. Otherwise, thanks for this tutorial 🙌
I balanced the black magic 6k full frame on the rs2, everything said excellent, but it would jerk up and down pretty noticeably when I’d walk forward. Not sure if anyone’s been able to use this combo without the bumps.
How much can you charge for a starting video, I have visited about 80 real estate agencies and none of them have accepted a free trial, I even give them drone shots, all for €400 to houses worth more than €1M and still nothing. Greetings from Spain
Hello Alex… Hopefully you are still somewhat monitoring this particular video. I’m looking to get into the business but being that this video is 3+ years old, do you still recommend matterport or is there some other type of virtual tour that’s even more cost-effective/more tech savvy? Thanks
Hi, why do you click “remove chromatic aberration” & “enable profile corrections”? I love the video but would like to know why this is an important step. (:
Hey brother. First time here. Brand mew to RE photography. Would you recommend a Nikon z6II over the M50? I really will like to get me a cheap camera that shoots 4k-60fps. Any recommendations? With lens?
In 20204. Which is a good camera around $700 and lens to go with it to work for indoor/outdoor. Second, should I establish my company first and then purchase my equipment? Or should I just purchase the equipment before establishing my LLC?

Bro definitely don't pay 11k for a course 🙏🏼 I'm not sure if Alex has a course, but there are a few other teachers who do, like Jordan Horn or Eli Jones. Both of their courses are much more affordable.
Hi Alex, thank you for this tutorial, I just subscribed to your channel. Question: Is there any course you're offering where you teach exactly how to scale the way you scaled and explained in this video? From the best ways to hire a photographer, and the best proven technique to train them. The system and processes which are so important and best ways to find and trained a good creative director that fits your style? I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance!
You make a lot of good points. Maybe you changed your viewpoint in the last couple of years since your business has grown. But I had to comment because you don’t even mention just having an attached ‘terms & conditions’ invoices. This is perpetuating the idea that photographers don’t need any sort of contract or terms and conditions. This results in more and more real estate agents assuming they own the photos as a work for hire. As professional, it’s disappointing when agents go through years of their careers with this false idea, surprised and claiming “In my 30 years as an agent I’ve never had a contract with a photographer.” In a recent video you talk about making your own “stock” library, so you seem to understand that you’re not selling the photos, but actually a license. You know you can re-sell licenses to multiple agents. How about an updated video on this topic to replace this one, so more photographers don’t think they should go without any sort of terms?
I've been shooting real estate HDR for 8 years and I use an editing service who does a great job. I respect guys like Nathan Cool (got his books) and Rich Baum who both swear by the flambient technique, but for 99% of houses I personally don't see that it produces better quality shots, especially considering that we are not shooting for magazines, but for the web. I shoot pretty much the same way you do and I really appreciate your comments about noticing the little things and taking the time to fix them. It goes without saying on a million dollar house, but I also treat a 30-year old quarter million dollar house the same way. Even if the owner and RE agent didn't take time to make it look good, I try to convince them to do as much as possible before I start shooting to remove clutter and clean things up. It really shows up in the photos and it reflects on your brand, so do everything with the same amount of professional care.
Recently pulled the trigger on starting a real estate business. So much more to learn and appreciate your content and transparency in business operations. Learning curve is daunting but you show it’s possible, especially since I’m a one man show. Noticed also that you are in my area. 😮. I have a lot to do to even be near your level. Wow. One day..
after selecting window frames with a pen tool and hitting "enter", the marked section disappears and nothing happens. any suggestions what could be wrong?
Is the photo you showed at 8:12 as the result edited further from where you finished? It appears to have a better white balance and brighter shadows than the end product you were editing. I appreciate the tutorial video otherwise.
