I’ve got to give you credit man. I’ve been unable to beat the Farum Azula crucible knight for hours. The Carian retaliation ash of war is fucking broken. Got his ass first time. And I always thought parrying was just a gimmick even after beating the game twice before this (I’m on a fresh run for the DLC). Thanks bro
Glad that you enjoyed 😊 Btw, if you've already cleared the base game w/o parrying it's already commendable. Just for a few specific enemies, parry gives you good dps windows (for ex. our crucible knights here). Btw, just in case if you're still not feeling like going the parry route against these dude, then I'd recommend you to check this fight out 😂 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aBtd7rGwltE.htmlsi=onqJ5_H95DT_B7tt Happy hunting Tarnished.
Well, a prime example of bringing a shield here was at 2:33 which saved my run (though it changed my NoHitRun to NoDamage unfortunately) 😅 Actually this video is quite old. It was from when I was kinda a beginner to ER and wasn't much used to 2 handing a weapon for max damage OR let's say, quick swapping b/w 2 handing and 1 handing my main weapon. I was afraid from few of his moves so that's why I always use to bring up the shields from time to time. If you wanna see a rematch with much optimal fight, you can watch this NG+ run: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xjoAW3Z2kME.html
@@newbersomoshiroi759 basically everyone can beat everything when they start on new game plus. Nothing special because u learned everything from the start
@@HuyGaming96 I don't remember saying anything about me beating the same boss in NG+ being special😪 I just stated that my first run was not optimal (why i held shield when I wasn't using it) and improved that thing over time and thus shared that video. If you think, I just improved bcoz it was an NG+ run, then here another clip of NG+0 run: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tzu2pFamyjw.html For me, i kept on learning & improving over the course of time. The only few fights I personally feel special are malenia fight or godskins related fights
Had a harder time with this boss than any other boss in the game so far. I’ve cleared out Limgrave, Caelid, I’ve killed main bosses as Margit, Renalla, Godrick, Morgott, Godfrey. I’ve killed essentially every mini boss south of the Erdtree and never faced a challenge such as this douchbag. I’ve died around 50 times so far at level 106. I don’t have a specific build and most got holy. Is he weak to holy?
Good job that looked tough! King Kong is cool but i'm more Godzilla kind of guy myself. 🦖 I like the smooooth animations in this game watching your videos! Hope you are having fun playing 😁
Hehe, thanks man. I wanted to try some gacha game with good combat mechanics and this game really fit that description 🐮🐮🐮 What about you? You've started the DLC yet???
@@newbersomoshiroi759 Nah i'm fooling about with some other games for now too! I can't play these kinds of gacha games because my willpower not to spend money on anime girls is too weak🤑 Will play DLC sometime soon i'm sure I like to play first time through Fromsoft DLC with noob friends I have just as much fun watching them suffer as I do playing 😝 Maybe i'll upload some of the weird stuff I play I forget i'm a RU-vidr from time to time! Lol. Keep up the good work watching all the vids just taking it all in. 👍
Hello friend, the reason is I invest most of the runes on offensive stats. During my first playthrough as melee build, the vigor was even less but I was accustomed to playing that way. Since this time around, I'm learning mage oriented playstyle, i increased the vigor by a little this time around to get accustomed to it 😅
This enemy has reduced my life expectancy by three years due to stress. I have screamed more profanities fighting this thing than all the other soul games combined. 🤬 Thank you for defeating this meanie Newbers
And then they throw 5 of them in haligtree 😓 I'll definitely keep a heal incantation ready when I reach that area again coz I know they're going to be tanky as compared to NG+0
🧙♀️WELCOME TO THE INT GANG🧙♂️ Enjoyed the subtitles very much this video lol! Now that you are officialy a witch we are kindred spirits. I suffered greatly to make a "Little Ranni" lvl 20 build but it was worth it when I got summoned for Rennala fight. She resists magic damage so much but I had to use my moonlight greatsword and ice spells for the roleplay so it was an epic 20 minute showdown. The summons were really scary. I think it was a new player because they got really excited when they heard the "Little Ranni" line from Renalla because that was my character name! Lol fun times have fun with the int lifestyle one-shotting and getting one-shot in equal measure
Yeah I've heard that she resists magic ljke crazy. Good thing is I respecc after defeating her 😂 Also you won't believe, in my previous playthrough I missed both the moonlight greatsword and ranni full moon 💀💀💀 Even though I completed entire ranni story yet i missed both the things 😂 I am really sad that now I need to go through the entire Lake of Rot again before I can get them but it is what it is 🤷
Niceuuu I did a boss fight like this in IRL when I was like 8 my dads friend had like 5 vicious chihuahuas that HATED MY GUTS they would chase me around the house doing that scary demon growl/scowl and biting at my ankles until we left it was a nightmare. I didn't have a longbow or nothing just the will to survive
"vicious chihuahuas"... Seems like the stories of these dogs never end up with happy memories for most I guess 😅 They hated your GUTS coz probably you might be carrying a greatsword with you at that time. Dogs hate slow STR builds. 💀 If you didn't have longbow, you should have tried a sleep build instead. Sneakingly, mix some sleeping pills in the dogs food 😴💤💤💤
Elden Ring's most shocking phase 2 at half health boss. Took me countless tries to get there. Fromsoft really went overboard with that deadly spraymist. With my physical damage lowered by 15%, I was helpless to defeat this dizzying BEAST of a boss! Glad someone is able to fight him without as much trouble as I have. Also dat arrow LOL
To be honest, enemies like these are actually kinda hard for new comers. He was very hard for me when I fought him first time. He used to keep his shield up always... Instantly used to poke his spear when I try to hit him... Instantly break my stance if I was blocking and what not 😓 That's the reason why I gave him a taste of humiliation 😅
One of the duelist who holds a big axe in his hand is quite challenging. I try to go for an all parry run against him but he beats the $hit out of me always 😎👍
nice 👍 it's very interesting that some boss forces you to dodge backward while the other dodge forward or sideway. Interesting, I never thought this guy can be parried. damn the damage on that uchigatana....
Thank you 😊 And yeah, i prefer to dodge this dude backwards rather than dodging into him coz of his quick double claw swipes. Unless you're on a light load, it will mostly hit you and destroy your no hit runs😅 Also, i thought my damage would be less because I brought a level 20 weapon to NG+ but even this was more for him. That's the main reason I didn't critical-hit him after any of the parries. Or he would have died into 2 attacks 😂
CammyD's playstyle was kinda aggressive here. Though she usually goes out for all parry playstyle but she considers Margit a fodder (she don't know Margit is Morgot🤫) so she don't wanna waste much time here. That's the reason why she just went out & simply annihilated him, lol 😂 Probably her walk towards the grace took more time than to kill Margit 🤭
NarutoD's playstyle was to take revenge from the previous playthrough. At that time, Margit didn't let this fight go No Hit since his double sword swipes were too quick to dodge at medium load. This time I kept positioning in mind to dodge the quick double swipes much easily. Be it the knife swipes from phase 1 or the sword swipes 3 hit combo from phase 2. 👍
Hi all, Back in the days, i used to be afraid of grafted scions. I felt like their attack patterns were quite random, plus they used to look scary at one point of time. But with ample practise I realised that they are actually not that tough. Scions are 10x much better to fight than those ugly revenants 😤 Now I know, fighting these guys in small space feels kinda intimidating and sometimes their attacks comes out too quick to react to but that thing can actually be tackled with proper positioning. I mean, here I did utilised parrying to make my fight look easy but that doesn't mean I was able to do this in 1st attempt 🤫 Thanks for TED talk.
Hi all, In this fight I just wanted to utilise the height advantage of some weapon AoW. That's the main reason I choose Dragon King Cragblade. The AoW gives you good amount of aerial time which effectively dodges the ground slams while also continues to dish out decent damage to him as well. Also, 3 times dragon breath was quite infuriating but somehow I was able to come out unscathed 😺😺😺 Thanks all
Hi all, I honestly wasn't sure about the "bubbles shower" AoW from the end of phase 1 to chase him to his position at phase 2 and knock him out cold 😂 It was kinda unexpected surprise for me but surely a welcome one 😉 Thanks all
