Hello friend, the reason is I invest most of the runes on offensive stats. During my first playthrough as melee build, the vigor was even less but I was accustomed to playing that way. Since this time around, I'm learning mage oriented playstyle, i increased the vigor by a little this time around to get accustomed to it 😅
