grate job and thank you for sharing, but we miss the part when you hoock up the lines to the water faces, to lear what to use. like a 2way to does pipe or what did you use?
i have Zeon Zoysia sod that was laid last year and it is bumpy and we have a Sprinkler system What is the best time of year? Still in the early Spring? I am in alabama and this lawn is on a lake.
I can't type everything with my iPad now but I'll do my best. My advice is don't use Teflon tape for irrigation threads. We just use a quality pipe dope you can brush on. Secondly, you should dig deeper. 8 inches minimum but I like 10 or even 12. I'm in Florida so not for freeze but still do 10 or 12 so that my pvc never breaks. Third, you have to use swing pipe or it's called funny pipe for connecting to the heads to minimize breakage. Fourth, it's actually faster to hand dig trenches with standard 8 inch or 10 inch shovel. Having more room to work with for trench is good. We only use the 4inch trench shovel to clean up edges of trench as needed. Good job for your first one though.
