Could be because the video is not a tutorial but instead a video of someone following different tutorials every day for 30 days. The tutorials are linked in the video description :)
Hey Gustav! We met at EJC in poland quite some years ago (we spun a bit of partner poi, you told me to get a heavier pair :). I made a dragon broom today to get started and now I'm down the yt-rabbit hole. Good to see you kept the flow going - I'm not really practicing that much these days. Anyway, this made my awesome day even better. Take care!
the way that I thought this would be easy until i got to day 3 lol. thank you for naming the moves in case we need to look at another tutorial bc some of these are gonna take a while xD
Hang in there, you'll get it! There's even a link to a Google Docs where you have links to all of the tutorials for this very reason - they are the videos I watched to learn during the 30 days :) ru-vid.com?event=video_description&redir_token=QUFFLUhqbUpkUHg0M1FCOXJyMEVHc0tNYVg1SDdGMGNfZ3xBQ3Jtc0tsMEFPVGp2T0ItMXJmSnRZQ2VSQzZhLXVWYXhNSzJKSXJseVlXdUFYaF9FZnk2VHltcngtNGUzNVJBRE5QZkhpX0xNLUVsQ05YTTYzN0VWeFVaTG5yMmN3N0hhTXJWQnFMa1pCWkVVV2RIMXZCRE9pdw&q=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fopen%3Fid%3D1sqXpbNagnW4207zXq2vTSk8SSnSrlaho9O2c5PYKdGA
your movements are so fluid it almost doesn’t look real. I aspire to be this amazing someday. For today, I keep practicing my 🙏 Late to the party, but I had to comment.
I have a dragonstaff with virgin kevlar and I'm absolutely a beginner but I just did day one with the same time chi rolls and forward and backward superman and I'm going to finally lit my staff at day 30 if I ever get there! I'll tag this challenge on insta. Thank you!
Thank you! I basically put this video on half or quarter speed to try to get some of the more complex movements. Prayer continues to baffle and confound me.
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9XgyQ1y0_e4.html Same for me ! I just found this guy, he explains the movement very well, if you didn't watch it before :)
Yes, the spirals are from razedinflames! The staff is a collapsible carbon staff from threeworlds.com.au - use the code sthlmflow for a 10% discount :) I highly recommend both!
With dragon staves you really don't want to go for the cheap versions - you get what you pay for, to be honest. I would highly recommend flowbonacci (find them on facebook) for heads but they are EU based. Otherwise threeworlds collapsible staves are to die for! Use the code sthlmflow for a 10% discount :)
I'm not sure why it's called Joel's move, to be honest - I'm assuming the creator of it was called Joel. It was taught to me under that name and we traced it back to an old video of the legendary MCP who uploaded a video with that name attached to the move and here we are, haha.
