Dragon Staff Tutorial - Slapback Joel's move 

I'm not sure why it's called Joel's move, to be honest - I'm assuming the creator of it was called Joel. It was taught to me under that name and we traced it back to an old video of the legendary MCP who uploaded a video with that name attached to the move and here we are, haha.
