This channel will explain matters on law and the court system in Ghana to the ordinary Ghanaian and other persons who come into contact with the Ghana legal system.
@lawyertina3804, pls is the Ordinance marriage signed at the Assemblies the same done at the court? Is it the case that the same marriage registration services the Assemblies do is the same done at the court?
Yes please. They are the same. There are four ways to marry under ordinance. You can learn that here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JhaItAoxC8E.htmlsi=_kIoQYpvZU7XGOfM
Unrelated but i want to ask if Wisconsin University is recognized by the Ghana Legal Counsel? I checked GLC website and nothing was there. I want to start my post LLB there so i want to be sure before going ahead. Thanks
I can not confirm this or deny this but I used to be in class in Makola with wisconsin students and some are lawyers now.. You can pass by the Ghana School of law and make enquiries
so having consensual rough sex with someone is risky, cuz they can just say they got raped by you the next day to the police, cuz theres injuries in and on their private parts and body?
With the special license ordinance marriage, correct me if I'm wrong. Just anyone can officiate the marriage? A random or trusted, a pastor or family member who is not gazetted can officiate the marriage? And that marriage will still be valid?
Is it a must to do the customary marriage before Ordinance marriage that is done in the court? Or one can do the ordinance in court before doing the customary marriage later.
You can do it either ways but when you do the customary marriage after ordinance, the customary marriage jss just a celebration, the marriage is not a customary marriage. But if you celebrate the customary marriage and later ordinance, you convert the customary marriage to ordinance marriage. It's not compulsory to one before the other
Audio is also good. In case you have not watched this video on secret recordings, please watch this ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NNMh58qqG_E.htmlsi=XESslDHnxFGBvZCf
Fantastic, succint and informative presentation 👏🏾 However, I think the word should be "lying" instead of "lieing" in the title. I stand to be corrected though 🙏🏾
I think this channel should be paid attention to. The lawyer is teaching something very important here. No one knows when he/she will find himself in the hands of law. Thank you lawyer Tina

Thank you for this educational video. I would like to know, is it lawful to pay any compensation to a lady's family because you didn't settle down with their daughter. If yes, should the compensation comes from the court or from the family. Thank you
