Hi I have a question its about police and civil cases being taken to them and being harassed what is the Law. example I took my car and Passport and took a loan for a month I ran into trouble where I was robbed of $14,000 dollars. The person who loaned me Ghc30,000 did not agree after some months in waiting for me to pay and get back my car so He took it to the police station and they have been telling me I have to come and give my statement. I told them im not coming if the lender wants to take me to court hE SHOULD DO THAT BUT I AM NOT COMING TO NO Police station. I see that the police have been used to manipulate people taking money to become money collectors. Can you please do a video on this since I BELEIVE IT AFFECTS SO MANY OF US. Also what do you advise me to do about the police pestering me???

It is not advisable to refuse the invitation of the police. Here is a video on arrest and some powers available to the police.
