I dont really expect a response on a 8 year old video, but how do you buy something or look into something on Blade forums? It seems a bit confusing to me

@wotanson1- What is true about animals that if true of people would justify killing them, using them for their fur, & eating them? Can you name the trait?
To facilitate loading new blade, the 'Key" / "Stem" may have sharp edges, especially at the tip, hampering smooth insertion and may damage the inner surfaces of the razor head. Gentle smoothing, such as with 240 wet and dry sandpaper, and then a squirt of DW-40 - into the razor head and on the stem (I also include the magazine dispenser itself). This makes blade replacement a smooth glide. The lubricant can be rinsed off before shaving. GunCollector007
Gabbel’s Bay Rum is the best (Bay Rum) I’ve ever tried. It has staying power and smells oh sooo wonderful.,and I also don’t like bay rum. Gabbel’s BayRum is amazing!
Dude it's shaving calm the fuck down. I have many of these same products and a wide assortment of soaps you don't have to be 50+ to shave this way and to use these aftershaves.
Hi there Rob, i`m from Melbourne Australia and have just started to get into the old style scents/aftershaves. I love the video.....i just ordered Pinaud Clubman (original) and Clubman Bay Rum from an online Barbershop that carries their products here in OZ. I have no idea what they will be like but the way you described them i had to give them a try. Thanks and take care. Mikie.
Great review. Thanks. Just a note on your cruelty justification. It's analogous to claiming that because you worked at women's shelters for years, you feel it's ok to rape one or two women. Balances out or something. Doesn't make much sense.
Veg Ahimsa Not quite. It's about supply and demand. China kills badgers as they are deemed as pests. They then harvest the hair for brushes. If everyone had just one or two badger brushes, the supply would be sufficient. But since demand is growing to quickly, i believe badgers are now being "farmed" in order to take advantage of the increasing demand. So, having a badger brush is not contributing to animal cruelty but as with everything wrong on this planet, it comes down to excessive demand due to excessive population. I use synthetics as they lather up the best for me. I have a badger brush and several boars but i have stopped buying any animal hair brushes now.
August for what it's worth, your dad was a absolute pleasure to talk with. His love for you and your mother always came across in his videos. You are very lucky to have such a loving father. You will always have these videos and memories to remember him by.
I like my synthetic brushes & have been considering the Simpson Syn. Does it have a significant glue bump that limits the lateral flexing of the fibers during painting strokes? Thx for your comments.
