Nice technique sir. Sir can it be done on 9.25 starling silver with solitaire AD stones or any other imitation ring? Or this flame process will ruin the total ring if it's not pure silver?
Lol these people's comments are so dumb. If you're using real metal why tf would you cheap out and not actually get it resized? This video is obviously for non-expensive rings. Hot glue peels off. She's showing us a way that won't! Haters!
I only have one ring which was my deceased mother's wedding ring. I can see how your method works but would rather find something other than glue to fix the problem.
Whatever the case maybe. Everyone has the option of choosing whatever works for them to size their ring. If it works for you and you don’t have any concerns, then use the method. If the method doesn’t work for you and your not feeling comfortable with the method, then don’t use it.
I have better solution. Before the glue dries shove your finger through it and wait for 15mins while using a hair dryer on it. The ring will never be loose again....make sure its super glue and the label warns not to use it on the skin!
stephen mac Apparently they now allow 5 year olds to comment on RU-vid. What a sophisticated sense of humour you have. Incidentally, how's your command of mandarin? 😃
The same people complaining about the glue containing harmful chemicals still probably eat fast food and drink soda everyday lol just cover the glue with clear nail polish after it’s dried to create a barrier if you’re too freaked out. I used this method on several of my rings and it works far better than anything else I’ve tried. It’s literally impossible to see while wearing the ring and it’s incredibly easy to remove or reshape.
@@RP-dy5mu or the fact that nail polish will likely come off over time allowing your skin to come in contact with this glue, which causes cancer. 👀 No, thank you.
Hot glue will peel off of almost everything. She used E6000 glue. It's much stronger although I'm not sure about putting chemicals like that in constant contact with your skin. But you can buy it at any home improvement store and most craft or hobby stores like Michael's.
OMG I seriously hope these are just cheap crap because there is no way in hell I would put glue on any piece of my valued rings. Just cough up the cash and have them resized properly!
You can apply the same principal to, for instance, your trousers. If the size is too large, just glue it to your waist. Leave it on when taking a shower or bath. Dry yourself using a blow-dryer, so easy and convenient. A real win-win situation...
Its a quick fix if you are waiting for a ring guard. Or for costume jewelry where its not worth much if damaged. I wouldnt do this to my real rings. But the cheap ones yea.
Due to weight loss I've gone down a whole ring size and all of my rings just fall off. These are the perfect solution. They do not pinch me at all, Medihealer Ring Size Adjuster! They are clear (and not turning yellow so far) so they are pretty discreet. I highly recommend these and even purchased them for my mother.
I'm not so sure about using glue but I did watch a video before your and they used clear nail polish witch worked very well you can't see the polish and it dries slot faster.
