omggg girl you are sooo in ur running era and im here for itt. i started running this april and i tried to incorparate 2 times 40 minute runs every week its going good so far and i usually do 4 kilometers in 40 minutes its not nearly as fast as you but im getting there and i was able to do 4 km in 30 minutes yesterday and i was soo proud. love you and your content all the best to anyone reading <3333

Love this vlog & ur energy 🩶 we almost have the same workout routine 😅 love combine lifting & Pilates together . Works wonder! Not to sound annoying but here’s a tip : when you’re doing your workouts try slowing down so that you can engage your muscles more!
Ahaha love that for us girlie!! 🥰 And for sure - I am a CPT, and right now I’m not optimizing for time under tension (slow reps) but rather a standard pace/tempo and increasing weight. also some clips are sped up 🤍

hey! thank you for sharing your workouts.. I'm following you as well on Instagram and I have noticed that you do your sets too fast, I'm not talking about doing it tempo but try to slowdown your reps and sets to get the full range of motion, you will feel the muscle more when you slowdown a bit
hi! Thanks for your comment. I am a PT & do go through my full range of motion, as someone who’s 5”9 that might look a bit different than a lot of other people & the speed of movement is for my goals. If I was trying to increase time over tension I would definitely slow down the movement but that’s not my focus. Some things in the video are also sped up! 🤍
