Love this type of content! Although less fitness would be great. Coming from a CPT, seeing people that aren’t share what they’re doing, hurts. Beyond that it hurts those who worked for the knowledge to share correct information, it hurts seeing poor form that will hurt you
Coming from a CPT & studio owner, fitness is my business and as a CPT yourself you should know none of us are perfect. not only that, but even if i wasn't a CPT i would still share parts of my workouts and fitness because i love it, as should others if they want to & are not CPTs because it's their journey and growth. you are more than welcome to gently correct myself and others but just telling someone they have poor form with no direction isn't helpful. but I'll continue sharing my knowledge and fitness growth in my videos, thanks!
