I go with POE IP cameras because they won’t know they are getting caught until they have an arrest warrant knocking on their door as soon as the very next day.
I bought one in 2021. The automatic camera neglected to activate every single time there was detectable motion. Only some of the time, did it take a photo of the motion in front of it. They did, however, initiate a refund immediately when I was charged for a recurring subscription.
please help ! why i cannot re connect?? i keep on hearing the sound but it keeps on saying ‘cannot find devise”…i did it at least 10 times …please help
Didn't watch the video but I'll tell you right off the bat that ANY system that offers a key-fob is open for HACKING and is a security risk!! The frequency can be easily be HACKED to disarm your system and is a FLAW! ANYTHING "wireless" can be hacked and replicated against you.
Get one with both someone cuts your power or theres a power outage u still have battery powered and get a ups backup power for your router and other critical components for your security system. Get both cloud based and nvr and you will have every single base covered youll ever need. Upgrade from 1080p to 2k or even 4k and your living the dream.
I want wired I’m getting a wired sensor because I’m haveing a wired siren today and how am I supposed to do it wireless if it’s only red and black and I can’t find a x2 1 unit wired to wireless converter to match the panel connection type
Warning Never Purchase any security from Arlo! "If you see the file 'metadata', it means Arlo has data points on our cameras. In other words, they can see we're using the USB, so they purposely corrupt a file rendering all recordings lost." someone warned after the fact... Can't give to police if they 'write protect it' when you plug in Your USB that you purchased. You’re paying for a paperweight unless you pay for their subscription and it does not perform as 'advertised' - I Warned You.
This has been a really tough decision for me...I have a simplisafe security system and id love to have everything in one app to keep things simple. Especially for my wife who might not take the time to hop between several apps. But lack of smart home integration seems like a really glaring ommission. I can't even get their doorbell to show up on Alexa or a nest hub...
I had a ring doorbell camera. You have to pay a monthly fee after the first 30 days. Dumped it. The camera is not good in dark. Its satisfactory daytime.
