Feminized seeds are for beginners , a foolproof way to grow sensemilla. I like xx and xy seeds, for obvious reasons. A male separated from your bud grow, a paintbrush with a touch of pollen, and you have one single bud that will be full of seeds, in an otherwise seedless crop. It's fairly foolproof!
I’ve only ever used bagged seeds and always gotten females. Only ever done about 15 of them but is that normal? Everyone says 50/50 but so far I’ve had 100% females with random bag seeds

OVER TRIMMING ! If you over defoliate leaves to early in the budding problem you will have stress pods grow in on some strains. Any strain that has insanely large covers seem the most susceptible to hermaphroditic growth. I am a HUGE propionate of cutting off cover and fans long before the harvest. However overdoing the cutting of leaves all at one time you can cause this to happen to your plant. You know it is a genetic issue if the entire plant is podded . If you are just getting the pods top 1/3 it is a stress reaction most likely . YES the plant itself can still produce good seeds . The strain itself is susceptible to stress causing the plant to pod but it not bad genetically and will produce the best buds if you do not stress those plants. Plants that are willing to pollinate themselves have massive amounts of THC to burn to produce pods. If you prevent that plant from stress(Avoid staking branches at radical angles, Cutting a lot of leaves off at one time or topping the plant etc..) it will probably produce some of the biggest and most fragrant flavored buds you have ever made. I have found that the same genetics that force a plant to Pod are also the very same that produce Terpenes and grow massive buds with high THC profiles . As long as you do not over stress this girl the next time around you won't get more podding. Herms are rare enough that using them to make seeds is almost the mission when you get one. Feminized seeds are great and you can get a lifetimes worth off one plant almost. So turn a negative into a positive.
Hello Sir, can I use this CO₂ controller to control the supply of fresh air into my grow room using a blower fan when CO₂ concentrations inside the grow room are high? I don’t need to supply CO2 into my grow room, instead needs to supply fresh air when CO2 concentrations are high.

I listen to same guys and they often are not telling you results they are telling how you plants work they arent telling you what actually worked. You sound just like me and there 100's of little thing to consider then you have to have controls to be able to do it and not as easy as it sounds sometimes. Ihave grow that look fucking phenomenal with low THC because I didnt stress them out and I have had grows where I tried new things... oops. Everything seems to be on a curve like you said you dont crank C02 the whole time.. An entire industry has been wrong about PAR light this whole time. PAR light is NOT all you need. Every single light company makes lights that only deliver PAR and its fuckin retarded. Has been for decades but we all just did it. Im frustrated by all the conflicting information and theory and its cool we all gotta do it ourselves be careful getting steered the wrong way.
I use sns209 mixed in my rez at 1.5-2ml per gallon from rooted clone up to 4th week of flower and bug problem is gone. No spraying. Been using it for a year and doesn’t affect the bud taste. Was a game changer for my ipm.
wollastonite is super alkaline, and throws off the media pH drastically. I would only ever consider using it with peat media which is naturally acidic and needs lime to bring the pH up anyway. I've had horrible results with wollastonite in coir because of what it does to the pH. When you have to constantly correct for pH because of a soil amendment, it's easier to just use silica in the irrigation water. Potassium silicate works fine and is cheap and easy. If you use RO water, you can just use a KSi solution as your pH up and you hit the perfect concentration.

I do still use it. I started to add it to the top shortly after transplant into the final pots so it seeps down when i water. Doesnt seem to make a difference but saves me from mixing it in. I only use it 1 time. As the other man said it can raise your PH. So you dont ever want to over due it. Use the least amount that is needed and thats all. We growers tend to want to love the plants too death with too much of a good thing haha

Just a guess but things involving a nitrate or nitrite cause tumours/cancer which is why it’s is recommended against eating food with nitrates like cured meats(sodium nitrate). Maybe that’s why some reversal sprays are removed?
I was getting deficiencies and the same gunk in the rez but apparently it was because athena says to balance your ph before adding your nutes. Ive never had to do that with other salt lines so it had me running in circles to figure it out.
Try growing a quarter pound in a solo cup with Pro Line you can stack from 3.0 to 10 in a couple hours, I was having trouble keeping it down. Saw 17 once and almost killed the plant. I did know about the stacking when I started. She’s hanging in there though.
Dont mix with water regular hand soap works with the foliar spray if u dont have the transport,just a few drops as a wetting agent ,the water will burn the leaves also half nutrient intake in half for that water and lights down to 25% if u have too much nutes in your medium off coarse its gonna burm,and what strain handles 3.5 ec i go 2 ec at this stage than maybe 2.5 tops after streach if they can take it
I am at 6 weeks flowering..very healthy, and i want to try the drought stress. Each plant is in a 5 gallon bucket drinking about a half gallon of hydroponic nutrient solution per day. They will droop in 2 days if I stop watering. Can you expand on the technique for drought stress?
If using other nutrient line. What else wud i run with athena fade? Im using canna in coco. Week 7 day 1 now. Shall i stop a&b and feed athrna fade and canna boost
