This home has a great layout. There were some things i seen right off that i didn't like about it tho. 😒 😊 I wish y'all would put the price of the home being shown in the video. Countinued success to y'all!! ❤
Besides needing indoor plumbing to be a realistic place to hangout, I absolutely love this simple design! I love the huge windows, I adore the blue kitchen and fan and the shiplap everywhere. I’d like a simple open design like this where I can put in my own furniture and storage options. The extra width is also very practical and makes it feel soooo much bigger. Well done!
Beautiful DRY home, as stated. Those windows 😍 and something I have always luved about your homes, is the color POP! Luv that 💙 I hope there is a followup after it’s settled in and decorated! Much luv to you all! I’ve been following and a fan for several years now. This post for whatever reason, has brought out a lot of insulting comments. Why? I get it that it’s their rite to give an opinion, but the insults? Not necessary. If they would WATCH & LISTEN it is explained CLEARLY that it’s a DRY home! And when you design your own tiny, be ready for comments. I was amused at the no sink worries. Apparently they have never camped/traveled/festivals where there wasn’t water accessible. Baby wipes & hand sanitizer. They mentioned water catchment so maybe in the warmer months there is going to be an outdoor shower/tub to enjoy the views while relaxing. To the owner.. Congrats and enjoy your freedom getaway!! God bless you all at IR!! ✌🏻🇺🇸
❤️ Thanks for watching AND listening to the details! 🤣 It is wild how many folks don’t listen to the whole video and then make comments about things that we already addressed. 🤷🏻♀️ Definitely get ready for some strong opinions on your choices if you build a custom home! People don’t hold back on the internet! 🤣 But we also have tons of viewers that are kind with their comments and understand that not everyone has the same needs for their home or the same decorating tastes! Appreciate your kind words and sharing your perspective on camping/roughing it! When folks don’t grow up in a family that camps I guess they can’t envision all of the work arounds & ways to take care of business without the modern conveniences… Thanks again for watching & adding to our little community that’s developing here on RU-vid! God bless you and yours! ❤️
Although I love the open spacious feel of this, I think that the bathroom feels tiny and the bedroom, once you add any furniture in there will feel quite cramped.
Feels very spacious! 10 feet is so much better than the 8 feet wide and 12 feet wide would be the sweet spot. Love the windows, skylight and 14 feet high ceilings. I would make the bedroom a little longer for more space. But a beautiful home. If it were plumbed it would be near perfect.
I guess she will have a basin and bring in water like my grandmothers did. 🤷🏻♀️ We will encourage her to share once she’s stayed in her home a few times.
your homes are amazing. I have a question tho. WHy is it that tiny home designs rarely have the kiten at the end in a way that creates a separate space, separated by a bar w stools, window at the end over the sink... then the kitchen isn't part of the living room and gives more space for the separate living space. Is it due to simplicity of of plumbing etc? thanks.
please try keep the camera steady, the constant movement - ie the panning side to side, up and down etc is making me queezy - so much so that i couldn't watch it all unfortunately.
Someone mentioned that there's nowhere to take a shower, but I think a bigger issue is that there's nowhere to wash your hands (even in the bathroom!)! Just as confusing to me, although not as much of a sanitary isssue, is what would a person use to cook on the burners without the capacity to wash pots and pans? I think that lack of internal water handling is really tripping me up and the impression it's left me with is that it's a beautiful, but an incredibly expensive, covered wagon.
excellent quality. say what the insul is at all ext. way too busy for such a small space and the ext 2 tone is ugly, but it's their choice. should have big storage under the beds.
It’s a very nice glamping cabin. No AC for upstate NY. Only heat from the wood stove & stove top. Everyone orders something different. We’ve never built the same house twice.
Very nice Tiny home👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊I also wasn't aware that compositing toilets are illegal in most places though I dexpise composting toilets anyway. An incinerator toilet sounds like a better idea anyway and cleaner also works similar to an RV toilet. Great work 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊
