We stayed in it this summer and it was a lovely weekend up in the mountains in Colorado. Not too far from Manitou Springs so we took a day trip to the hot springs there & another day trip in the opposite direction to see family in Salida.
Square footage is approximately 390 sq. ft & weight is about 20,000 lbs.

It is lovely but it is too much house for me. If I wanted all of this I would just buy a regular small house. When I think tiny home I think more like a big bedroom with a small kitchen area and a small full bath. That's all I need. 😂

The one thing I wonder about is how to anchor a tiny home or whether it's best to put it on foundation? Do you deliver all over the country? Probably not I imagine...

Our homes can be delivered all over North America! The trailer comes with D rings that are good for anchoring. We also build cabins that are delivered on skids and placed on your foundation.

What is the difference between what your calling a tiny house vs an RV?

Our homes are towable and made in sizes that are road legal and easily towable, but they are built with stronger materials that last longer than typical RVs. The interior is finished with materials more like a regular home & come with apartment sized appliances (or larger appliances sometimes) whereas RVs have tiny appliances & plumbing fixtures. The interior components are made for full-time living so they last longer than RVs which are made for occasional, vacation usage. Our homes are also taller than many RVs so stand up lofts are possible. Our homes are RVIA certified so they are legally considered RVs with a license plate and VIN but they are built to last 3x-5x longer than most RVs or park model tiny homes built on a single wide trailer. Our trailers are also much more heavy duty & made to hold the weight of a tiny home. They stand up to travel better than mobile home trailers that are made to be moved once and never moved again.
