Salaam! Thanks for showing us how to make this, but just one question. why is Shaan Nihari masala so salty and what I can I do to reduce the salt? It tastes perfect but too much salty

Please make sure oil is 3 table spoons otherwise the dough wont form. Also don't leave the rasmalai on stove for too long as they will eventually start breaking. Keep checking. Fill the tray till all of the rasmalai's are fully soaked in the milk otherwise it will be dry from the top. Add Five elaichis to the milk while it's boiling.
