I just tried it and am in love!!! The only difference was my cream. It's not as thick “authentic” as hers, but American heavy cream did the trick! Also, I can tell the pureed tomato was the chef's kiss 😘

Newbie here. Curious about what a light fry is for the chicken- is it over medium heat? Is the chicken cooked all the way through? About how long should you fry the chicken. Great video!

Light fry meaning you just do it for like 5 minutes at medium to low heat. Make sure the chicken doesn't turn golden brown but that it's thoroughly cooked

Our full cream does not have the consistency of the cream you used - ours is much thinner (like extra thick milk). Yours has the consistency of our sour cream, or Greek yoghurt. I will substitute some Greek yoghurt that I made last night - i only let it 'culture' for 8 hours, so it is not very sour at all. Thanks for the video. I'm currently making Shan Butter Chicken, and I'm sure it will be delicious
