Commercials nowadays are not clever or entertaining at all, and most of them are insults to anyone with above average intelligence. In the 70s ad execs created original jingles and catchy slogans that are still memorable to this day, for those of us who are old enough to have watched them back then.
Missing those moments sitting around the living room with family on the couch arguing who's going to get up and walk over to the t.v and change the channel.
Right?! But if the phone rang we'd drop whatever we were doing to run across the room to answer it. With no clue as to who was even calling because there was no such thing as caller ID 😂
