What if you know the instructor is going to be hostile and disrespectful based on a pattern of behavior that you've seen over the years? I left a school and knew the instructor would be a jerk about it, so I said nothing.
If you feel comfortable enough to talk to the coach like this, you probably wouldn’t be leaving in the first place. Most people leave because the coach is a douche and unfriendly to his white belts so they won’t talk to him like this.
i have hair down to my butt, the best hairstyle for me is to put it in bubble braids starting from the top of my hair down to the base of my neck. then i section my pony tail into three braids, braid those braids, then secure them with hairties down the whole braid. complicated i know 😂
You CAN'T avoid injuries and be injury free; it's a combat sport. Treat your body like you would a vehicle? It's a demolition derby, not a pageant car show.
in jiu jitsu we’re always taught to keep our limbs close to our body so that our opponent can’t take control of said limb and essentially immobilize us, with the leg extended i feel that the attacker could just grab the leg and control your movement, is there anything to combat that from happening?
We do teach and sat there but there are actually many times we extend ourselves. Sprawls, sit outs, waiter sweeps, muscle sweeps. I think it just depends on who is in control and if the person is on top of you
@@teamosirishtxso essentially the technique is for explosive use? as in i should be moving pretty fast anyway, so my extended leg is basically kicking off the attacker to get away, if so this helped a lot and thank you!
Lol why live feet if you were just sitting back on your feet you won’t get pulled over in the first place you should teach it correctly. If you’re opponent pause their knees to the chest. You are getting your posture broken down.
It's because on RU-vid you see women with purple, brown and black belts against men with white belts that you think women are better. if you were better, the competitions would be mixed
Schoolboy wrestlers suck at grappling. Those dumb high school wrestling coaches teach them to put their head into dangerous positions. I literally subbed a wrestling coach woth a guillotine my first real night of Jiu-Jitsu practice because wrestlers have been trained incorrectly for fighting. Don't mistake pur disrespect for a skill issue. You're the one who can't fight, not me.
