Thanks for the recipie. While I couldn't completely use and follow the recipe, I had twisted few ingredients and the finally outcome became contemporary of Goan and Thai as I used cocunut milk into the curry paste 😋. Nonetheless the fish curry with plain rice was delicious.
In Goan fish curry we never roast onion or any other ingredients.... Neither we saute the paste and we use coriander seeds... Jeera is very rarely used.
I got to tell you who ever says curry looks good you just look at it while I'm enjoying goan curry without garam masala please don't missguid people by going thru long route people who don't no the right ingredients and method they like anything
Good curry. No need of garam masala, if at all a pinch not a teaspoon. Coriander seeds also may be dry roasted a little. Onion need not be darkened that much because it is again going to be sauteed well with the raw coconut grindings.
