Quilt as desired. Such a short sentence for something I struggle with. I have a sit down long arm machine but it’s still not my favorite part of the process
It was hard trying to draw this block on paper. Are the blocks getting harder, as the blocks numbers get higher? This sure is a pretty block. Thank you.
Our Celebrating the States series is available to everyone for free. We have a playlist set up for it in the Playlist section of our RU-vid channel. This link will take you there: ru-vid.com/group/PLTgJsWhmwxsuHaWJPJBfBvmh_ych5oggb&si=-tJiegRDv3gcyCQu
I had a little trouble drawing this one also. I like this one so much that I am thinking of making one (in shades of blue) and sewing it on to the back of my denim jacket. It is a beautiful block. Thank you for this video and pattern.
This is a hard block to draw on paper. While drawing and coloring, I noticed that there is a hidden star without the dark squares. This may be a good block to play with to see what else appears. Thank you.
Am I daring enough to make a mystery quilt? It's not about daring; it's about not caring to. As a global learner, I need context. Piece-mealing a quilt is antithetical to my DNA. I'm sure that they are great fun for many--but I need to see the finished project to determine if I'm inspired to commit the time.. Thanks for hosting this for those that find it fun! (Though I can see that it is Halloweened themed). I will check in to see the mystery revealed!
It’s hard to believe someone who does so many quilts as you do wouldn’t want to use the faster methods of making half square triangles, flying geese, etc.
