Gents, Thank you so much for an interesting part 3! It is really great to learn about the behind the scenes as aspect of the group. Regards from the UK. Bob
While I don't support the confederacy because of what they did this is still probably the best rendition of The Girl I Left Behind Me that I've heard yet!
The north wonders why the south has a general hatred for foreigners... Maybe being conquered by a was considered a foreign power had something to do with it... And said foreign power was not very gracious in their victory. They treat us like rented mules, and they wonder why there is a growing sentiment for another secession.
That first half of the video lol, talk about preaching to the choir, no one there needed their feelings padded, if they're sitting there on a beautiful night like that and listening to music as such, they do not need disclaimers, lmao and as for youtube comments, well. Id hope we all know that you cant believe that online discourse is entirely valid, Just good ol propoganda
*May the people of Texan live on forever and ever and the flag Some people would salute to the flag of Texas for its great land and history also keeping its country Status inside it.*
I love the "band on a porch" presentation...just a bunch of guys from the county who gather together. I'm an NC southerner, but am not a Confederate flag waver.
I'm from China born in the 80's, I heard this tune when I was a kid, but I think I heard a non-political version of it, maybe it was adapted into a children's song many years ago
I'm sure that this part of U.S. would not want to fight wars on the other side of the world to protect the interests of a rich and greedy élite. This part of U.S. just wants to be free to live their own lives without others deciding for them and without harming others in the process. These are the true U.S. and these are the Americans in whom I recognize myself. A big hug from Sardinia, Italy.
