Sagareddi is 18km from outer ring road and 40 mins to financial district. Once traffic is increased, then they will put 2-3 tolls in between. On day to day basis you will have to pay toll fees makes no economic sense, unless somebody prepared to pay
No more organic growth of south. It's all hyped up now to create fake boom and cheat common people. Prices are around 20k+ now which won't even return in 5 years average. In its latest assessment, Knight Frank India reported that Hyderabad registered homes sales worth INR 4,043 crore during August 2024 reflecting a 17% year-on-year (YoY) increase, whilst number of registrations stood at 6,439, marginally down up by 1% YoY. Since January 2024, the city has registered a total of 54,483 homes, showing an 18% rise compared to the same period last year. We can see in Google earth history if there is a lake , by going back 20 years , I always check the Google earth history before buying plot or land irrespective of all the documents are legally available. We have to use desktop version of google earth not mobile to check history.

If a Govt acquires land from farmers to build a particular project they cannot change the type of project, either they have to build that particular project or give back lands to farmers but they cannot change projects...Future city may face this legal issue.
