@@NeerajRaghavendra Govt daggara unna 10000 acres first occupy avali kada, vere private ventures ki demand ravali ante. Too much supply, no real housing demand at this time nor for next 5 years and more.

Sir I invested in dasarlapally 500 MTS from high way. Near mucherla junction three yrs back at the rate of 10,000/- sq yard. Is that was right decision plse suggest me hold that or not

See according to THE LAND ACQUISITION ACT, 1894, once the land acquired for a purpose, then the purpose cannot be changed. If the purpose is not full filled govt has to de notify the land and pay compensation too. You will see a Parma city for sure. But, it may not be in 10000 acer. For sure there will be a Parma city as well as Town ship, because govt has promised to build a township for the land owners. First Parma village will be in this location, drainage, roads, power station is already build, 200/300 companies have already requested for this place. GOVT don’t have money, to acquire land and build new infra, it will take lot of time. Revanth reddy is not a fool, he will use this ready made build infra at least to show case that things are going. Dont worry u will see a bright future in this location. Real estate is wait game, not today but 2mro u will see a bright future and gain good income. Just wait.

If he is going to establish as a pharma villages means polluting the nature of the villages, polluting the rivers,lakes near the villages, and mostly agriculture will be in danger...it will be directly effecting the healths of the individuals, and that is how pharmas will have the business....😂😂😂....and public will be spending infinite money in the hospitals......

New Govt New ideas Focus will be on New areas New areas will be developed. Why would congress develop areas where KCR and his benamees have invested ? Neopolis , Pharma Gone, 111 GO, HMDA Auctions ... all hype !! Most properties held or sold by BRS and their benamees have discrepancies in survey numbers and have litigations.IAS officials,HMDA officials etc who were involved are being changed/transferred. Don't invest at higher prices right now. Better to wait for things to settle down and look for new projects and opportunities coming through.
