This channel is to promote love and support to help people achieve their goals in life. In particular, it will focus on building systems or the daily actions we need to take to achieve success. In other words, how do we start from ground zero and get to where we want to be in life. It all starts from a positive mindset.
Aloha, How wide is the measurement for the bench leg that holds the Maxpro fitness? I want to buy a bench from Amazon, but trying to see if the width is smaller than the MaxPro so my setup can look like yours.
How would you go about training for an aesthetic body type? Broad shoulders, muscular chest, arms, small waist, v tapered look with concentric only exercises?
Amen to that. Of all the bad decisions I've made in life, the worst was drinking the go-to-uni-get-a-degree-chase-a-white-collar-job Kool Aid. I should have left school at 16 and taken a local job in a supermarket...and stayed there.
Can’t stand the bloody thing. Had the full kit for over 2 years and way too much messing around. Not just a learning curve but just a complete mess to set up and use. Mines for sale but no one wants it 😂
Can you please make a video on how to oil the equipment. I just ordered one and need some maintenance tips/steps so my investment lasts long. Thanks again!
Similarly this works if you wind the gear in to match the red dots, as it basically puts it in the lock position so you can put the cap back on in the lock position as well.
I just found your channel and was hoping you can point me to the right video of yours if you cover how to fix a stuck cord. I took it apart and rewound the cord, but it won’t move.
Ideas for next model maybe its a way they could include cord lengths so its just a swap of it Or maybe they could add more plates say to go to 300 or 400 since I see this as a lifetime investment why not maybe a easier way to get used to it like maybe something at the bottom of the cord or some mark on the cord that is a suggestion of where to stop doesnt have to end there just a guide to help the person If it's a way where the plates don't have to be rotated before use

I just sold my max pro on ebay for over $400. I didn't like it because it has no eccentric function at all so I much prefer the Handy Gym which I just got.
@@nicolaypastore Handy Gym with all attachments. I sold my my max pro to buy the handy gym and am loving it. The only thing is with cable crossovers that they need to be done one side at a time. Other than that the Handy Gym really kicks ass!
@@LarryRichelli I wonder if they would ever make a handy gym with 2 handles. But I think I will buy this as well as an adjustable bench, Dumbbells and open trap bar.
