Any products I get my hands on, i'd be happy to do an honest review.
(for all brands interested. I will do the review for free products, contact me at discord. You are welcome to ask me before hand, if its a product i'd be happy to use.)
I have these and they charge horribly or I mean they did (now they don't charge at all) maybe it's a factory issue but the place where the charging port goes it's just too shallow and the 'B' charger is like a milimiter monger and that's why I presume it doesn't charge. In past I used many methods to force it to charge but that just doesn't work anymore. So I'll probably buy new ones (not these again) but I'm a student with a tight budged and I'm not sure if I would like to order from amazon.
I just bought this razer BlackShark HYPERSPEED V2 but it doesnt pair with the wireless dongle + it doesnt come with a usb bluetooth connector I think I will return it if itt doesnt work by today
My keyboard is just new and i ordered the penguin switches... with blue v3 and penguin i got these problems.... fck.. such a good keyboard but... well its fcked up
The solution is simple, remove the switch, open it and force the contacts back a little. Over time, the contacts move a little forward and problems begin to occur.
After using this for 3 days, I can confidently say that this is one of the most uncomfortable headsets I've ever used. It's too tight, the padding sucks, the channel balancing is off on the left ear & it hurts my ears from rubbing on the drivers after 2 hours. Really frustrated that I wasted money on this. Avoid this headset like the plague.
Used mine for nearly 3 years now. Gotta change to an arctis 7 or nova 4 as the top padding and the ear pad are all worn off and the glue has all come off
Hey bro i need some help i wanna buy the razer barracuda x but idk if to buy the 2021 or the 2022 count that im on android phone so wich one should i buy? And if u would reccomend me a different headset for around the same prize just cosndier i need a mic but i want mostly sound quality
@@DanglishReviews : then why the outer box doesn't look new?! and also the inner package doesn't look like what just unboxed today earlier? RU-vid doesn't allow me to upload photos, otherwise i can show what i have just unboxed.. 😁
One other point for you. Your switches are not meant to last 5 months. These kinds of mechanical switches are often rated for between 40 or 50 million keystrokes, which you could not reach within 5 months. While the switches do need to be changed, if the switches themselves were modified or soldered into a different PCB, they would last you years before you experienced end of life issues.
I am actually shocked to read the comments and see that not a single person has actually answered you on the reason for your issue, which is well known and in no way limited to Akko. All mechanical keyboards with hot swap sockets have the risk of the pins bending out from the contacts in the sockets. Sadly some switches are more vulnerable than others due to pin thickness. It is true that even with vulnerable switches, if they were soldered you would get much more lifespan out of the switches. However, this is a combination problem. While the switches could be adjusted to solve this, the absolute best way to proceed is to simply acquire different switches that are designed to make better contact. You can also raise the sensitivity number within the Akko software. I only wish I had some way to get hold of these busted parts and I would repair them and send them back for nothing. I'm sorry you didn't get much use out of your keyboard. Your experience is all too common. Keyboards are a hobby for tinkerers and those who actually want to use their computers often just give up when faced with this kind of issue.
That's 40mm versus 53mm drivers. Honestly though, never go by what the pro players are using on stage. Stage products are always going to products they're getting paid to advertise and isn't always going to be the best.
Nice review! But now that Logitech G PRO X Lightspeed can be picked up for around 130€, do still think 535 is a better choice? Barracuda seemed nice but they lost me when you said they don't breathe as well as 535 and according to Rtings have less neutral sound
@@DanglishReviews ah yes. I actually managed to try 535, original Pro X and Nova 7 for myself… I went with Nova, they are so comfy and because of BT I can also listen to audiobooks/podcasts from my phone with them instead of earbuds. Pro X were super nicely built and with textile cushions were alright temp wise but for some reason they didn’t fit me at all: my ear would start hurting after 20 minutes in them and after an hour it was excruciating pain that wouldn’t go away for a few hours even I took them off. So had to return PRO X… kinda wonder if second gen is any better but also so happy with Novas and that chat mix control that don’t really wanna try anymore. Nova’s build quality is not as good and they have some weird tremble but it doesn’t bother me so much in my use cases (sim racing and podcasts)
razer is the worst piece of trash, both mice plus one headset i had broke. i usually handle with care not raging. first was lancehead TE which left/right main button broke, then i bought viper 8khz which had deffective scroll (jumping). never going back to this overhyped overrated overpriced shit of a brand again. headset just fell apart (the ear muffs' sew opened and the whole left ear muff also fell off of its place completely and couldnt put it back ever since.
This is the same exact problem im having currently! however, my mic is super quiet now. I tried switching up settings and wiring it up, but it still quiet. idk what to do, i like this headset but its been no bueno so far.
