Awesome instructional video... I am a stones throw away from 70 years old and can do just about anything related to construction. My arch nemesis is plumbing as water is the world's greatest escape artist. Learning videos are a big help for me because reading and following written instructions don't seem to penetrate my thick skull. I have watched and re-watched the part of your video that explains the 4 fine adjustments and how they work together to create the perfect Royal Flush. Any help with this world be most appreciated. After installation and thinking, all was well, I woke up in the morning to water all over the floor.??? I figured out that i need to lower the Overflow Tube so this won't happen again. But: Even though the float adjustment stops the water at least 4" below the flush button is, (where the water leaked from the tank) the water slowly rises above the float valve and overflows. The lowered overflow tube keeps the excess water from overflowing, but this is a waste of expensive water. What could I have done wrong to make the cutoff valve malfunction, or maybe I have a lemon factory reject. Please Help this drowning worn-out old dawg from another flogging from his loving wife. 💧💧 💧 😂 Any other videos that anyone can recommend on the adjustment process for this seemingly complex most awesome flushing system?
Thanks for this step by step video saved me alot of planning. I was lookin at your channel and noticed there hasn't been anything posted in the last 3 years, hope you and your fam are well sir, thank you again.
I bought same.. ordered adapter for 20v to m18😭.. it's 18v.. After 10 years on a shelf I will fire mine up I 🙏🥂🙏.. great video. I love my ego 16.. FYI it changed my life for the better. I'll get this up and running now. Great maintenance video here. 😊
Thank you for posting this video. Your video increased my comfort level with replacing the dual flush valve. I can do it myself instead of having a handyman do the job.
Great video, much better than the 4-5 min ones others have posted, well worth the time. Tearing my toliet down to the inlet pipe and floor drain due to a leak I am not sure where is. Using Dalco parts as much as possible. On a A.S. 1.5 gpf. Just tired of taking this apart for it to just leak again 6 Mos later. Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions. Thanks again.
It looks hooky but after watching your video and a couple others we are adding this to our B an D 20V Connect Tool Collection, I've had my B and D 20V Chainsaw for10 years trouble free and like you we use the crap out of it. B and D makes Great Tools that last.
Thanks so much! I was going to replace the whole fill valve but instead I removed the cap and cleaned the seal and the inside. I saved some money and learned new plumbing skills with your video! 🎉
Hi, I modified the Ni-Cd battery with 10 lithium cells 30A (4,5 Ah) replaced in the box + BMS: The saw worked one hour non stop perfectly on 6/15cm branches (dry old hard wood) with permanent full power. Huge difference compared to the Ni-Cd!!! the chain runs always with max speed. I just oil the bar very often, specially with dry wood. The tool begins its second life, very solid with its metal gears. The battery version is much more usable than the wired version, everywhere and every time in the garden.
Can you post the link on how you make a Dewalt battery adaptor for this saw? Is there a adaptor that already for sale on the market? I saw mostly for 20V, not 18V B&D.
Hi, we have the same playhouse. Trying to order parts but don't have the manual anymore. Can you tell me the name of the playhouse? is it Cedar summit Panorama?
The best chainsaw for small work around the house. The chain is always covered . Even people who are afraid for the big chainsaws like to work with it. GET one , and give it to me if you don't like it 🤣🤣
I have the wired one from Canada and I use it with a transformer 110 to 220 volts. ( India) . Looking forward for a battery powered. Thank you for uploading 🙏 the video.
I have had my electric powered version for many any years and agree with all you say it is a cracking piece of kit. unfortunately my main motor cog looks like it has come adrift from the shaft so will need to see if it can be replaced or repaired as I have seen in another youtube vid. if not I have no hesitation in replacing with the battery version
Excellent... thank you!! I am going to use your wheel as a pattern and scale down to about a 5" wheel with some cedar material and use it in a fairy castle. Should be fun. Thanks again!
It can be done without all of the lifting equipment I was using -- just a couple more people to help stand up the main beam. I was working by myself and didn't want to try to balance that main beam on end.
Currently on Northern Tool... It is $2,399.00 + Shipping (635lb. for the 37 ton unit) & now it carries a Kholer 277cc engine instead of the Honda 😕 6/24/2023
Your voice is literally like the most monotone level voice I've ever heard in my life. It sounds like you don't get excited much. That said, the whole setting fire to your brand new parts washer was awesome to watch indeed. Nice to know that the safety feature actually works. Instead of an oil filter I'll be using a fuel filter with a 2 micron rating. I think that will prolong the life of the solvent a bit better. You might want to consider getting the Oriflo flow-through brush. Seems a ton better than using the stock gooseneck.
