I drove through this same park in May of 2024. I didn’t see one lot that was level. Brand new installation, but every lot is sloped, some significantly.
I live next door in the Sun Retreats. I've watched this park develop from the get-go. It is a very, very nice park, but the sites are not as big as they look. They are very narrow with no "patio" area. Don't get me wrong, I would stay here if I wasn't in Sun Retreat, and when the water park is complete, I'm sure this place will be packed with campers.
They aren’t that small width wise, but they aren’t as wide as I’d hope. The length more than makes up for it, though. Holy cow! We spent many days walking through Sun, and we like that park a lot as well!
We've stayed here several times. We've always enjoyed it. Staff is real friendly and courteous. We are going back in July. There will be 4 sites taken by all family members. making it a mini family gathering. There is something to do for everyone.
Really Really helpful. My bride and I are about to go there for our first trip out. Super helpful to know/see what the place looks like before we get there. We can't wait.
It’s so weird I just literally got this notification love this Adrian and I love New Orleans 1:11 it’s nice the sites are a great size I was worried they’d be super small 3:04 nice sites with the gazebos 4:00 ok you had me at pool and hot tub 🥰This is def going on our list it’s small but has some great amenities including complimentary coffee ok 🥰Hope you guys are doing well friends xoxo miss yall

Stayed there about a year ago and totally agree that it is a great spot. Bit sketchy driving in but felt safe the whole time we were there. Used Uber while there to avoid having to find parking for the truck.

This is a nice campground it looks like it’s going to be amazing we will have to put this on our list it’s getting longggg lol I just love your campground tours 😍 4:50 love the esthetics and love a nice walking trail 6:53 living fulltime I am always looking for a laundry room 9:49 this is a nice one nice clean bathrooms a plus too great review thank you this is a great resort will be checking it out !

I love staying in the cottage when i visit the park.... It's clean and everyone is friendly. I love sitting on the cottage porch at night and just listen to the wildlife and the occasional family coming back from being at the park all day.
Thanks for watching! ❤️ We enjoyed the park. We were visiting with family so didn’t get a chance to just “be” while we were there - and the park was mostly closed as well, so it was pretty lowkey. I can imagine those evenings are incredibly relaxing.

you do a good job showing the park, but you still don't introduce your self or show your face so how can you say see you down the road when we don't see your face.
