Consider this to be a place where I put dance, travel and other various things. My interests are ever growing, as is my desire to get better at video/photography as life goes on. It is more a video album than any specific subject. For you other poppers, I appreciate feedback from other dancers... constructive criticism is always appreciated. Like any of you, I'm just trying to improve and enjoy the dance. I'm also trying to feature more and more of my friends and local dc dancers here. I've always found it useful to track my progression through video. I hope my fellow dc/Baltimore (and a growing list of other cities) dancers find these useful.
In all honesty, this does NOT look that bad! Look at some of the other eviction videos and this actually looks pretty good on the lower floor. Like I said tour some other videos and the WHOLE house looks like the upstairs. No holes in the wall either.
I could tell the tell tell signs right off the beginning with corners of mold and the carpets before he went upstairs, that's why the beam was buckled from condensation.
My Husband and I are landlords, and we went through something very similar. The tennants totally trashed the place, quit paying rent, etc.etc. Obviously we evicted them, which takes a LONG time. And after that we had a mess like that and MORE to clean up. Took us 2 years to get the place back to working condition! I feel for ya.
The one I’m cleaning now has two inches of dog crap in the entire house and I found two dead cats under the couch and one in the closet when I picked it up the tail fell off nasty people out there
Huge thanks. If it weren’t for this video, I would have sent everything back to Ikea. The instructions / diagrams are worthless. (Makes me wonder if companies don’t care if there’s a sloppy job on instructions because they know users will go to RU-vid. Money saver.) So helpful that you showed first what the finished product should look like. Appreciated the clear, step-by-step explanations, and what was optional; appreciated the camera work; appreciated your steady tone of voice; and the speed was just right for me.
I just found the original video and this so i am glad for your bu you just had to make a video while aggressively sniffing have you? i mean you could have cut it out or just do a video when you did not do that but nooo... Go *sniffle* fuck *sniffle* yourself!!!
Question: How many inches wide did you leave in between brackets? What is more or less than 55in? Because IKEA specifies maximum 55in between brackets, but I'm hoping to do 70in instead., because I want to cover my whole wall. Just worried it's going to bend. @gwoyang
Isn't it sad that we are now going on 3 generations of (ME) people who have no respect for others,. Property or lives or themselves. Who lives like that.
How are thess better? Looked like the mouse suffered a long time. How is that better? Oh.... plastic... got it. I"ll stick with Victor. They work great.
Old video but the solution to this aggravating problem. Just bought a brand new Andersen storm door. The top hinge screws that go into the door…they are loose and won’t tighten. When the door is opened, on the way to closing there’s a “pop” sound due to the screws not being fully tightened. Rather than go with bigger screw which will eventually strip, I popped in a few rivets and problem solved. Why they don’t come from the factory with rivets is beyond me. Crap design with screws.
I love it! Show more. I have no sympathy for landlords, you made a decision to purchase a property and allow others to live in that property. You reap what you sow bud.
@@gwoyang If you can't grasp the context in which it was stated I wouldn't be shocked. I assume you can't fill out a job application or a w2 form either must be why you choose to be a landlord.
