Do you think a Z32 VLSD could fit into a s13 subframe? I’m subframe swapping my Z31
@BLITZERKING1
@BLITZERKING1 24 дня назад
@@blqnk6270 I'm like 90% sure the Z32 NA diff will fit if you use the S13 diff cover. The TT diff is a R230 and won't fit with modifications. Also the Z32 NA uses 5 bolt axles so you'd need those too but they may be too long for the S13 track width

Hey man, would Open diff lsd internals fit inside a VLSD pumpkin? I read on a forum that it is possible but that I would need open diff stubs. I have a VLSD on my S13 but I want to run Wier 350z conversion stubs with a KAAZ LSD. I only want to use the VLSD pumpkin. Is this possible?

Yes if you use a LSD made for an open diff you need open diff stubs. The VLSD stubs are longer and different

My Speedo wiring explanation in the video was poorly explained so let me elaborate here. The Red with white striped wire that originally went to the cable driven speed sensor (digital dash cars only) is actually wired to my speed output on my MS3 Gold box ECU. I have the speed input from the transmission VSS wired into the ECU directly. You change some speed settings in tuner studio to get the speed to show correctly on the digi dash. So it's trans VSS speed input into ECU and other wire on the VSS is grounded to chassis, ECU speed output to Z31 red/white Speedo wire, change speed settings in tuner studio until digi dash speed matches your GPS speed on your phone

@BLITZERKING1
@BLITZERKING1 Год назад
Aluminum knuckles and Z32 brakes are optional but nice upgrades. 400ft/lbs isn't too bad if you're not launching from a dig. You should be fine but if you start breaking things you can always make some upgrades

@@RealityUntold yeah but a launch at the start of an autocross race and a launch on a prepped surface with drag radials is different so you should be fine. But- what shifter would I need for that short shift bracket. It seems the driveshaft side of the z32 30a is very different.
