Advice to new users. Plan on occasionally shitting the bed. Yes, sometimes you don't make it to the bathroom in time, especially while sleeping. Suggest using adult diapers during the two day period between the 7 days shot-to-shot time. Typically any bad symptoms like diarrhea appear 1-2 days after the shot. Anti-diarrheal medicines like Imodium or Kao pectate do not work, as you end quickly shitting out antidiarrheal medicines. Trust me, I've tried all medicines. You just need to ride it out.
In regards to severe constipation, I have on occasion had to resort to self-administered enema's. A bit physically awkward. If you have someone able & willing to administer the enema for you, good for you. Most of us don't have an enema angel. Otherwise I take a stool softener daily for the constipation.
Oprah recently went to the hospital suffering from excessive diarrhea and vomiting (and obviously dehydration) and was put on an I.V. drip to replace lost fluids and electrolytes. Oprah will not of course admit it, but it's 99.99% sure that this all was caused by her weight loss medication. She probably had too big a meal or had a meal with the wrong types of food, which, as all of us on one of these weight loss medications know, often causes explosive diarrhea and projectile vomiting.

It's been tough, especially bending (stuck at 45 degrees ROM right now). PT is kicking my butt, and I feel like giving up sometimes. But two days ago my doctor finally cleared me for weight-bearing exercises - baby steps to walking again! Seeing your journey gives me so much hope and inspires me to be resilient. You are a warrior! Agree with EVERYTHING you said! Growing up I loved the show on CMT until I actually got older and was realizing what was going on. I’m like oh as a thicker black girl I’ll never have a chance at this 😂😂. The outfit fittings make me sick to the stomach because people literally can’t help how their body looks! Also cutting Anesha for WHAT REASON!?? Besides her twisting her ankle…….I remember her telling one of the black girls who got cut “I’m gonna stay and do this for us brown girls” then she got cut I wanted to quit watching so bad. I said the same thing about the Barbies!!! Also, I think you need to watch the CMT version some of the vets were rookies during the later seasons. Excellent, on-point review!! I am curious about Kelli’s and Judy’s pay. Am fairly sure they are not working for what a Chik-fil-A manager makes, yet these women, and Charlotte Jones, are unequivocally comfortable with exploiting these women by woefully underpaying them and engaging in actions that, were they to occur in any different environment, Kelli and Judy (and likely the franchise) would be held to answer. It’s all the more shameful that this is how the nation’s most profitable football franchise treats/exploits its “brand ambassadors.” Like NCAA athletes, these women deserve to receive Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) money in addition to better pay and health benefits. Hell, the franchise can afford to purchase an apartment building and provide furnished apartments for the DCC to use during the weeks of training camp. The back office for DCC is not the contemporary flex one would expect of this franchise.

Loved your take on the NBA dancers.. I recently watched footage of the Kendrick lamar Pop Out show in LA and I loved the backup dancers they were sooo talented and hyped up the crowd, totally added to the show and they weren't sexualized. I really wish cheerleaders could be all shapes, sizes, skin tones, cultures, etc.!! It shouldn't be about male gaze, and even if it was - do they not like thick & curvy girls with bigger booty LOL! It makes no sense. And I don't like that little girls look up to them, and their unnatural bodies. It perpetuates unrealistic, outdated beauty standards that lead to body confidence issues/EDs, etc.

I wanted to delve into Anna Kate and the sister thing so bad but I didn't want the review to be an hour long. Something about them gave a lot of either jealousy or projections because the one sister was laid up and can't perform anymore. The shared apartment studio meant for just one person was awkward too. I think the fraternization rule came from the Man himself, Jerry Jones!! And not in the ways u think. I watched the history of DCC documentary on Starz a couple years ago and many of the alumni said that when Jerry Jones bought the team he basically wanted the Cheerleaders to be Escorts for him, the team, and the male staff. Many of the DCC were getting harassed. So not sure when Kelli got hired they strictly enforced the no fraternization rule. Cant remember when the revamped the rule book for DCC, but I think it was enforced for protection of these women. But theres still misogyny taking place within this organization as well as many other teams, because the same rule doesnt apply to the players. Many of them from what I seen still shoot they shot at these women, but the women will get punished for it. Smdh!!!!!!

I had a hysterectomy 6 and half weeks ago. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis after the op. I'd finally got an answer to all the pain and bleeding. It was done via laparoscopy and I'm back at work now. So glad that I made the short notice decision to have a hysterectomy, rather than a diagnostic laparoscopy.
Thank you so much for sharing your journey! I recently broke my kneecap, but it was not nearly as bad as yours. I can't imagine the amount of pain you had to go through. I've just started physical therapy and wondered what to expect. I hope you are doing well now.
