Well, if they are bank robbers, they certainly aren't exactly good at staying low profile with how they talk. but I suppose they expect to be in the woods for a while and want their home to be clean, which, considering how bad the place was to start, is probably necessary.
In my head cannon, as Dr. Powerwash cleans up this vehicle, he has visions of his far-distant future self cleaning that Land Raider from the Warhammer 40K DLC.
The vehicle levels really do go much faster; I know there is at least one challenge achievement that is easier with them. I also checked whether side cars need seatbelts, and the results were more ambiguous than I expected. They seem like they aren't required, at least not universally, since a number of the vendors were selling systems to add seatbelts to the sidecars, which would be strange if it was a requirement. I didn't quite find the exact laws governing it, especially since they vary from state to state in the US. As for the Hexenjagers, I guess we have a second group of supernatural hunters; only this time, they aren't looking for their vlogs, but they might be proper hunters. Be sure to leave before it gets dark.

I think Viscera Clean-up is less about cleaning up after a horror game and more about gorey action game cleanup. So, the way it describes the heroes who have completed the level makes them sound like Duke Nukem type of people.

A new Power Wash Simulator level: cleaning up after Spider-Man. I wonder if Dr. Powerwash has a special cleaning solution that could deal with all the webbing? The premise is that they--whomever hires Dr. Powerwash to do the job--don't have time to wait for all of the webbing to dissolve. I think it would be cool when Dr. Powerwash reloaded his power washer, the audio asset used for reloading the plasma gun from Doom 3 was used. Also, I hope you get to feeling better soon BDF.

Doc Octopus, being a transhuman advocate, is a new direction for his character, and I think it helps provide an interesting direction for him as compared with his classical comics, which had his scientific background a bit more disconnected from his inventions.

I seem to remember that when Doomsday killed Superman in the 90's it actually made the news. Speaking of Superman, I think it would be easier for him to obfuscate his identity using social media. I have this mental image of someone in that universe asking the DCU version of ChatGPT if it could determine Superman's identity and it immediately comes back with Clark Kent, and furthermore, providing a detailed explanation with images. I believe that "Gouki" is what they call Akuma in Japan. Fun fact, one of my buddies--who also happens to be totally blind--plays Street Fighter VI--it's complicated, but he makes it work. Anyway, this buddy of mine discovered--through the "World Tour" mode--that Akuma--or Gouki, if you prefer--likes to fish. Who knew? Okay, I'll try to be on topic... So if Octavius has some sort of physical debility, that would explain why he will--more than likely--make the choice to fuck around and find out with his own technology to try and fix himself. I get it though: if someone offered me a set of experimental pair of eyes, I would be very tempted to take them up on it--and then my girlfriend would never see me again as I get lost in playing games like Morrowind, Knights of the Old Republic, Total War: Warhammer 3, Doom Eternal, and not least, Baldur's Gate 3.
There's no explanation I can find as for why Gouki's name got changed in the English version to Akuma; maybe the US team thought it sounded more aggressive. I know the story about the Four Kings getting their names shuffled because Capcom USA didn't want to risk a legal battle with Mike Tyson over likeness rights to the American boxer "M. Bison." M. Bison's master story in World Tour has some name-related revelations. Bison acknowledges that he's also been addressed as Vega, Lord, and Dictator, while the claw-wielding Spanish ninja states in a voiced clip that his real name is neither Vega nor Balrog. The boxer doesn't say anything name-wise but his protege Ed does call him Balrog. There's a fan-made mockumentary called "Balrog: Behind the Glory" that shows the boxer winning the other Kings' names in a poker game and then redistributing them. Definitely not canon, but funny.

Yeah, the snipe hunt is an old prank, but it's amusing that there are actual bird species named Snipe that are actually pretty good at camouflage, so the difficulty in spotting and shooting them (due to erratic flight paths) also gave rise to the term sniper. It's funny how people turned what was an actual challenge people undertook into a joke to play on each other.
Bad timing on Spider-Man's part; he really should have spent a bit more time seeing how Charles wasn't acting aggressively, but impulsive responses are classic Peter behavior. Hopefully they can at least scout around Grand Central to prepare things.
Since you were on the topic of trying to mix Spider-Man with GoW, you might also want to take into account just how big of a shock Peter would be in if he ever met the Norse Thor, compared to the Thor in his universe. Not sure if you know this, but Marvel did a MAJOR change with Thor when he was first introduced in Marvel comics. Unlike the Marvel Thor, the Norse Thor is almost ALWAYS a homicaidal maniac, no different than what Kratos once was in the original God of War games. In fact, I always felt that was the REAL reason why God of War: Ascension was released before God of War 2018, because Ascension was the FIRST in the God of War timeline, and at that point Kratos still had enough of his humanity left in him where he didn't become TOTALLY homicidal. But the comparison with the Norse and Marvel Thors would be no different than comparing the Marvel comics Thor with the MCU Thor. Chris Hemsworth's humor is exactly what earned the MCU Thor his popularity, whereas the comics version had no such sense of humor so often. It's no different than Aquaman from the DC comics compared to the one played by Jason Mamoa in the DCU, and why he too got his popularity from all the humor, whereas the comics Aquaman had nothing of the sort.

Hey I love your videos and I've noticed that every time you look at suits down in the bottom corner there's a little list of stats I think that some are more designed for traveling the city for combat as well as stealth combat maybe the suits have more real game applications that we thought

Made at Parker Industries (set up by Otto while he was using Peter's body), Peter boasted that even Tony Stark would be impressed with its capabilities. It had a heads-up display with sensor information from across the EM spectrum, an assortment of web cartridges activated with a thought, and defensive options including blunt-force and energy protection, stealth, and poison antidotes. The suit, along with the entire corporation, was destroyed in a fight with Superior Octopus during the Secret Empire event; Peter just can't have nice things.😞
That's a sweet and funny story about your dad's name BDF. I meant to comment on the video where you started the pigeon mission, but I will say I love how wholesome this side mission turned out. At first, it may seem random and unimportant in the grand scheme of things, but it really shows the "friendly neighborhood" aspect of Spider-Man and how much he's part of the community. This kind of mission probably wouldn't be seen favorably in most other superhero games (maaaybe in a Superman game), but it really works for Spidey imo.

It's always missions like these that can conflict players: as you said it yourself, the mission is a lot more challenging when you don't have superpowers. That and the fact that you have to go in stealthily, and the enemy AI isn't THAT dumb. People tend to forget that just because it's an action game doesn't mean there's no stealth sections in it. Personally, I can handle stealth sections for a little while, but not literally the whole game, especially not against enemies that can't be killed (one of the reasons why Alien Isolation didn't appeal to me).
The thing about a PMC--private military contractor--is plausible deniability. We saw this very same mindset during the Iraq War during the 2000's: our military--the U.S. military--is supposed to have strict rules of engagement, but if you hire a contractor... you're not responsible for their rules of engagement--or so the logic goes.
