13:38 For what you said about Scorpion and how they had killed people in this universe, I don't blame you. Many years ago when I was still in middle school, I saw Halloween parties where some REALLY inconsiderate people had Nazi SS uniforms as their costume. Needless to say that did NOT get a good reception from the other people. It's my hope after this main mission you'll go and do the Tombstone missions. As I've said before, most of the side missions' lore don't carry over into the sequels, but some of them do to a small degree (even if you can't see the direct connection).

The idea of people dressing up as in-universe supervillains is definitely a strange one, particularly in a place where there are good odds that at least one person that was injured by or got caught up in an attack by one, or worse, knew someone that died because of the villain feels very insensitive. Either there are very different standards in the Marvel universe, or this party is composed of a very insulated group that thinks that transgressive attitudes make them cleverer and superior to other, more sensitive people. An attitude I've unfortunately encountered before.

Lots of edgelords at that party, but then again, why do people in real life dress up as horror icons? Or for that matter, real-life criminals?
