He's a super dedicated athlete. I know pretty much diddly about wrestlin but im going to add some of these movements to my routine to help build my leg conditionin so once I'm ready to learn the real craft of wrestlin or judo at a club/dojo, I won't bisect my spine and hips.
@@ggbb5621 Once again Americans tend to favor basic leg attacks rallying on strength& conditioning a lot. Russians tend to be the most technical skilled wrestler they favor 2on1 ties slide byes and a lot of upper body moves coming
Hello Jordan! Im an aspiring wrestler and want to make it to the olympic, im 26yrs and have started wrestling recently. What is that I should be doing in order to be you or better, I would highly appreciate if you could share with me the things that made you YOU, like diet, workout, nutrition, recovery methods, etc 😊
check out functional patterns and kyle dakes training methods, but basically it trains your entire arm line to work together so instead of using too little or too much of certain muscles in your arm/body, youre using them in ratios that minimize energy expenditure. highly recommend the stuff as my shoulders and health overall has improved training with it
this is the stuff that makes me excited for the next chapter of my life, after just finishing my college wrestling career. Thanks for being that idol for all of young black wrestlers JB ❤️
JB we’re gonna miss you when you’re gone. You’ve been the best ambassador of our sport and the leader of Team USA. I may be premature with this but I want to give you the flowers 💐 that you deserve. JB you’re the goat and have inspired so many wrestlers over your career. Your legacy is cemented forever. And we know you’ll end on top as the 👑 when you do hang ‘em up. 🙏🏼
JB is a certified legend. We need Jordan in our sport as he’s been the best ambassador that anyone could ever hope for. Team USA would have big shoes to fill if he decides to retire soon. I’m forever grateful for JB and we need to be showering this man with his well deserved flowers. 🐐🟰💐 #JBforPrez 🙏🏼
