I grew up watching zyzz but after I saw “him” he’s going to be the father of aesthetics. His pose, his demeanor, his aura, he is up there! He deserves all the respect ✊🏾
They need to add posing as a critique for scoring the athlete on stage. Posing counts for nothing in any competition I have seen or competed in unless (on the rare occasion) they have a trophy for best posing.
I'm Brazilian and I've heard some talk about wesley vissers as top 2, no, if anyone should surpass Ramon it should be Ruff, or the USSR or Breon, this Wesley has a very wide waist, his shape is not pleasant

In my opinion, once a week may be optimal. With this sort of training, some sort of deload technique will be important as well or else it will be a sticking point where your body will stop you from going all out due to CNS exhaustion as well as over use injury. over the week, abs, erectors, calves can be worked on.
Can't wait to see your next training session. I never try upper lower plan but this structure seems nice. Is there any site with full week of this? I love the way you explain exercises keep it up.
Omggg! On my morning videos I started to watch this to learn. And the guy who is the example is a guy who went to my gym. I went everyday because he inspired me to too like him. He was the nicest person. And to see my boy in the screen is just amazing. I wait everyday hoping Mr. Colton ( I think that’s his name ) to come back to the gym, so that I can show him my latest spread. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I’m so happy.
