He probably would've been the coolest if it wasn't for his lil bro clowning on him 24/7. It undemines Vergil and makes him look like an average introvert trying to impose power fantasy image of himself he has in his head on others. Not saying this is overall bad thing, I think this is the best and funniest part about DMC as a whole 😆
He is not the coolest character in devil may cry, and I can prove it. Let’s say it’s Friday night and you have to go out maybe you like to go out maybe you don’t but whatever there’s an occasion you have to go Virgil and Dante hit you up and you can only go with one of them. Who are you going with?
Just wanna say that you're a natural at this game, compared to many other podcasters. Appreciate you took your time on this so congrats. Hope the next part drops soon and keep up all that hard work. Respect!
I saw a light in the sky zoom at incredible speeds. like across the entire sky within seconds, stop, and then go back out towards space. ever since, i was always convinced of something. I listened to the entirety of this interview and it really struck home for me. I believed it 100% for a while. recently i've been doing a bit of reading and listening to hinduism and gnosticism. There are many similarities. But within these realms wouldn't it certainly be possible that Airl is attempting to deceive us? To get us to believe in ourselves rather than a grand creator of which we are all apart of? Or is that a paranoia due to the "religious guilt implants" given to souls before being put back into another body?
Vergil was is so cool that Capcom always makes him the strongest character whenever hes in any game. Vergil is so cool, when DMC3 came out, every other game in the genre afterwards used Vergil as the standard for making a rival.
I am not a gamer. I happened upon your channel when looking for commentary on "Alien Interview", I just started the book on Audible. I much prefer your reading of the book and am looking forward to part 2.
I believe there's a photo of airl, exactly as she was described in this book. It can be found in the movie monsters of california. I'll try to pin link
Also, Airl was not a prisoner, she was able to leave it at will. Essentially becoming a ghost. That's how she escaped before they shocked her at the end of interview
I've come to belive this book %100. The biggest criticisms I've heard are that the material sounds like scientology. I definitely agree. But after listening to l Ron hubbard speak I've come to believe he had access to these transcripts and used them for the basis of scientology. He was friends with jack parsons and alleister crowley who both had ties to intelligence, so it's more than plausible.
I totally agree. I know two very high up scientologists who are close to me. When i brought some of these things up, they said "that is EXACTLY what Hubbard was talking about." It really makes you think. I am genuinely curious, and since you commented recently, hopefully you will answer! Have you noticed the similarities between this book, hinduism and christianity? The idea that we are souls trying to return to God. That through the reincarnation process we are molded to be more like god and find true inner bliss or whatever. Would it be plausible, within this thought process, that Airl could possibly be a "negative entity" trying to deceive this nurse? So as the nurse would go on to believe in herself, as opposed to an all creating benevolent God, and in turn become more egotistical. If THIS book is the case, then the above question i wrote would be part of that "religious guilt brainwashing implant" given to ISBE's during the soul recycling phase. What do you think? Genuinely curious
Scientology uses Thetan instead of isbe.. and the founder of Scientology even though was a crazy man he was crazy like a fox to make up a fake religion to avoid taxes.. he probably researched the ET documents and copied parts of it
Fun Fact: Two of Vergil's moves with Beowulf are references to Ken from Street Fighter. The Rising Dragon is Ken's standard super since SSF2T, Shouryu Reppa, and the Kick 13 is from the SF3, Shippu Jinraikyaku. As for the Hell on Earth attack, that's actually a reference to Akuma's Kongou Kokuretsuzan from SF3:3rd Strike.
