Finally! Someone is getting to the root cause of some of the symptoms I’ve been experiencing for years. Overheating, weight gain and more. Why aren’t more physicians talking about this. What can we do to recalibrate the hypothalamus?
Dr...please help or guide me about what to do. This is the situation: my BMI is in the 40s. A friend was placed on adapex-a. She gave me 1 tablet. Just 1. The day I took it, was like OMG! I did not feel high or spacy...none of that. What I felt was absolutely no thought of food , just none. I ate 1/2 an apple bc I was developing a head ache. That night I had about a cup of steamed broccoli. So I feel I was ok on the food part. But what truly was different and got mt attention was truly the absence of I guess I'd call it "brain noise". Or sort of like brain.overload that you don't realize is there. All day I feel like it's so difficult for me to achieve or complete something. Like...phone rings , dryer buzzes, kids fighting now ones crying , lawn mowers broke , call repair shop etc etc....I took the pill and within probably 10-15.min I felt a whoosh I guess. All background noise let me fully concentrate on just 1 thing...what i chose to be most important. The other things where still there but were silent till I picked the next issue and I was totally focused on that. As important as the weight loss is, the mental clarity is a huge issue..I havent.said anything to me dr. I would be labeled a "drug seeker " and I can't risk that. Electric medical records can literally destroy a person in this day and age. Please advise me. Thank you very very much SMS.
As I understand it, the muscle mass loss is the reason for the “Biggest Loser” effect. Do you have any idea what kind of fat/no fat ratio will fend off that effect? I’m confused about whether I need to basically keep my ratio stable as I lose pounds, or build more muscle, to make the drug effects permanent…
I haven't been wanting to take semaglutide I lost about 50 lb without it. I need to lose about another hundred but I've had no self-control. I decided to start taking it because my fasting glucose is pre-diabetic at this rate I'm going to be diabetic the rest of my life. I need to do something but ultimately comes down to self-control
Dayspring is not as good as advertised. He is stuck on his cholesterol theory. Bring on Nick Norwitz or Bart Kay or Dave Feldman. In Egypt after the agrarian revolution they started eating lots of bread that likely yielded insulin resistance. Lowering LDL is a fool's errand! Arrogance personified is Thomas Dayspring. On a ketogenic diet my HDL went up to 60 and my TGs went down to 60. LDL went up to 130 and I don't care. I lost 35 pounds and hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia evaporated except that LDL increased,. I am 4 years older than Dayspring and I surely look like I am in a hell of a lot better health! In any case , the normal lipid profile is not very helpful. Dayspring might at least tell people to get an NMR lipo-profile which will tell you tell you in addition to LDL, HDL, and and Triglycerides but the number of particles and whether your you have pattern A or pattern B. Beyond that get a CT angiogram of your coronary arteries even if you have to pay for it yourself. Iam a retired physician. Check MDSave to get radiographic tests at a good price if they are not covered by your insurance.
I’ve been on GLP-1 compound for about 3 weeks. Side effects so far have been minimal and I’ve lost 4 lbs. I have Hashimoto Thyroiditis and my doctor is seeing amazing results in not only weight loss, but the complete reconstruction of the metabolism. It’s still early, but so far so good. If you have Hashimotos talk to your doctor about this class of medication.
This was fascinating. I have a terrible family history of heart disease. I am lpa positive, positive CAC score etc. even though I am a 44 year old Crossfitter. Sometimes I feel bound to my parent’s heart disease. I loved that Dr. Dayspring ended with, “lipids are only one part of the picture,” and recommended the Outlive book - of which, I am a huge fan.

I agree, i did it low dose for 2 weeks, no desire for food or cravings. I went off it because im going on vacation and i like to drink with friends. So if 2.5 lasts for a couple of weeks why go on a higher dose? When i come back from vacation i will do a small shot. Have no plans on going on a higher dose. I have no need to lose 50 pounds, i dont want the saggy xtra skin between my thighs. Im 5 9 and weigh 215. Most of my fat is in my belly like a man. On it for 2 weeks and lost 9 pounds. And been off it for a week and food is still gross.
Yes there's another drug called, Workout which involves a person to move his/her fat ass a little bit a day in order to lose some weight instead of manipulate the body enzymes and brain receptors
I have been on Ozempic for four months and lost 20 pounds. The bad news is that I am sick to my stomach all thr time, plus stomach pain and back and forth bathroom issues, violent vomiting sometimes after my dinner, and lethargy. My sugar dropped the other night, I passed out and fell backward. Hit my head, back and neck. Now I have more problems than just being overweight !!!
What I miss most from the GLP 1 medication is how CALM it made me feel! Mentally it grounded me. Is there anything natural I can take to mimic the brain effects GLP1 has?????
New Subie here! I just started recording my content and how I’ve been losing weight and inches on ozempic (semaglutide) It def quiets the food noise. I like that! Great video

I am grieving the loss of my mother starving herself to death (3/25/24) due to this drug. She couldn’t eat or drink - no appetite, nothing tasted good, trouble swallowing, severe constipation, dehydration, depression, kidney failure, the list goes on. Please be careful with this drug
About 3 months on Ozempic(1mg) and I have lost 20 pounds. I had not any bad side effects other than weight loss and a better insulin sensitivity. Thanks for sharing
It’s really simple… Stop the toxicity, which is coming from everywhere… Hydrate, eat real food, exercise… And stop using poison to treat symptoms. This drug is a venom based medication that’s absolutely disastrous… Of course, it’s not mentioned in this video I don’t believe…
Bring back the drug once know as " Black Beauties", the pharma name is " Biphetamine " and this drug worked very well for weight lose with little side effects.
