That's so cool! What a great idea! In case I don't like natto when I try it (hope I do, but not really a fan of sticky stuff, lol), will look for this instead! Thanks a lot! <3
@@thisjalife Hopefully sometime this year, but not really sure! I'm going with my little bro and his fiancee, and they're getting married in November, so it might have to be in 2025 if they want to wait till after their honeymoon and stuff! It depends on their schedule! lol. That's okay, though! It'll give me more time to learn Japanese! Been learning since November! lol.
@@thisjalife Haha! Yes, he is! Aw, that's awesome! I'm happy to make him happy! He deserves it! Seeing this video made ME happy! :D Thanks so much for your adorable, yummy videos! <3
@@thisjalife Haha! That's great! If it makes cooking easier, why not, right? Thanks for the tip and the great vid! LOVE sushi! Will have to remember this when I make some next! :D <3
@@thisjalife Haha! Very true! Doraemon is a national treasure! lol. Since I live in the USA (and I think you're in Japan? Don't quote me, have only seen a few of your videos so far, haha!), I doubt they deliver to me, haha, but I can always look! BUT you know, they actually did just open an Asian market a town over from me, so I COULD go see if they have it! I've been wanting to anyway (really wanna try natto, lol)! >:D Thanks for reminding me! Your videos are adorable and so fun! <3
@Allhailbillcoleman I don’t think natto powder would do the same even if it tastes like it based on the powder I’m thinking of. Worth a try to see if you like the result though!
I tried Dashing Diva once…yes, great price…but that is where it stops. Colorstreet are easier to apply, stay on better, look more like real nails, and come in so many better colors!! Worth the xtra money, to me.
First flight with them in oct. Unfortunately the plane ticket with luggage upgrade turned into similar price with air canada price with similar luggage. So will just go with it and see how it goes. Plus me and my brother dont mind buying snacks and drinks at the airport after security for thw flight. We dont like plane food anyways
@@thisjalife Zipair as it was the most decent at the time. Booked it in march 2024 for OCT flight. but at the time air canada was around 1.5k cad and zIp was 900. lol. but now its 1.2k from air canada. lol
It's now every 90 minutes so an even better deal! Options limited though with Subway being closed and others running out of stuff by midafternoon on weekends. There are also some (American Cafe and one other) that don't take the passes.
If only you could see the sugar cane fields nestled in between the chemical plants along the Mississippi River in Louisiana, YIKES! The locals call it "Cancer Alley". I like the Florida Crystal pure cane sugar and also use blue agave nectar. Was on the fence about buying the monk fruit until I watched your video, thanks! ❤
Thanks for all the tips. Anyone know if I don't pay for the seats for my family of 4, will I still have option to pick the seat at check-in? or is going to be randomly assign (i.e. not seated together)?
OMG! Many moons ago I knew a mixed family. She was from Nagashi. He was a US service man. Yes, she was there, but that's another story. They would invite us over for dinner. I so regret I didn't know to stand over her shoulder and watch her cook. The food WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I know more about Japanese cuisine today, but back then in my 20'S was clueless. I remember her standing before the phone on the wall (remember those? ) bowing. HAI HAI! Oh I wish I had known what I known now. What a treasure I had, but was too stupid to understand.
@@thisjalife My memory is all the food was fried, including the veggies. OMG! They were wonderful . I think I would want to learn everything, but maybe Tempura in particular.😍
May I suggest a 3rd party microphone for clearer audio Your audio is a little soft muffled and static (watched on Computer, TV and Phone not my devices!) Another trick is with a 4K camera film at 1440p 60fps, Instead of 4K 30fps it will generally be a better quality recording (Sharper image if smaller, less focus hunting, better EIS!) *1440p (aka 2K!) is the sweet spot for Resolution, Sharpness, File Size, Upload/Download Time
You are correct that you cannot add more weight to your carry on at the airport. However, they will gladly charge you a checked bag fee for your extra weight or extra bag. I would suggest people checked the policy a few days before the flight. Ive used zipair a few times since they started flying and theyve changed their baggage policies more than once.
Hello….what gifts from USA would Japanese friends enjoy? I hear that they like food from Trader Joe’s….is that true? Skittles and starburst for kids? 49ers or Giants t shirts and hats? Thanks
Honestly it’s really hard to buy for people but my family enjoyed the local coffee and chocolates- I’m sure local team stuff would be welcomed too! It probably really depends on your people! A lot of sweets from here are too sweet.
Haha just me or with the kids? Either way, the kids take care of themselves mostly at this point and actually count me down! I prep most of my stuff the night before, then minimum makeup, hair, grab my stuff, and go!
Thank you for your videos! I'm going to study abroad in Japan this September and I'm helping my roommates plan their trip to visit, so Zip Air is thoroughly being considered for its prices lol. I was wondering though so for carry on bags or checked bags, if it is over the weight limit what do they do then? And do you have the option to purchase more than one bag to check? They want to do a lot of shopping haha
So excited for you!!! What area? You can buy up to 5 checked bags. I don’t know personally what they’ll do but my assumption was they will make you get rid of stuff to meet the weight one way or another… Lots of shopping is the way to go - make it count haha!
@@thisjalife Thanks!! My university is in Tokyo 😁 Ok that’s good to know! But also scary 😭 I’m gonna tell them that they should pay for at least two on the way back haha. It’s nice that one can be 30kg though!
I need help with the booking part. There was no review on that. Id like to book 6 mo ahead but I can't seem to see that far ahead on their calendar. Am I missing something?
They release at a certain schedule basically twice a year - check out this video if you haven’t already! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZoI-Di63iWo.html
